It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, and we loved every bit of it! I'm so sorry if I misspelled her name, but Krishanna was absolutely amazing! She was wonderful with our kids, and she went above and beyond to make us feel at home! She is doing an awesome job at running that hotel! Her attitude and personality were nice! I can't say enough great things about her! Breakfast was surprisingly good. Hot and fresh food. Even my picky kids ate it! But our favorite part was the heated pool! The rooms were nice in size. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. Everyone who works there is doing a wonderful job! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The hotel is right off of the interstate and close to Bucees. It was clean for the most part. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. There was no overwhelming smell of cigarettes or weed like at a lot of hotels have lately and the property felt very safe.

The beds were super hard. So if you like a firm mattress, you’ll love it. The carpets could use a deep clean. The couch in our suite was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The price was a little steep for one night but the property felt safe so it was worth it.

Everything seem to be nice staff seem to be very pleasant and helpful breakfast was excellent and the location was exceptional

I did not like that a dog was also on my floor at the same Hotel and it was definitely noticeable that the dog was not for assistance or help this was somewhat of a concern because this was a feature that we light that the hotel did not accept animals also my spa tub appear to be clean but when water was put in the tub the water came out yellowish nasty like color and black soot like particles came out from Jets once turned on needless to say the tub was not used

I like the location, and the ladies at the front desk were fast and good at checking us in.

Well, for starters, everything was good until I started checking the room. The housekeeper that supposedly cleaned that room must have been in a rush. The sheets weren't clean, beer and yogurt were left in the fridge, the bathroom was full of hair everywhere, and the floor and shower weren't cleaned properly. Good thing we only stayed there for 1 night. I did go down to let the ladies at the front desk know, and it's a good thing I knew what I was doing because I stripped that whole bed. Mattress pad had a big stain on it, pillowcase cover was stained. And then, to put the cherry on top, we got woken up by a housekeeper before 10, and we had a DND sign on our door...and that wasn't good. But after all that, the bed was comfortable.

The location was very convenient for us. We got a flat tire on the motorcycle on our way back to MD from FL. The Harley dealer is right down the street from the hotel. So we were able to walk there and things taken care of. There is also several places to eat and a Pilot gas station right next door, so we weren't entirely stranded and were able to get what we needed for our 2 day stay while the bike was getting fixed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were unsure of when our motorcycle would be ready for pick up so we could get back on the road. So shortly before check out time, we were in the room discussing if we should just pay for another night's stay so we didn't have to lug all of our stuff around all day. At that point, the cleaning crew was making their rounds, cleaning the rooms. Then one of them opened the door to our room to see if we were still in there. It was a little irritating at first. It almost felt like they were trying to push us out so they could do what they needed to do. I feel like they should've known we were still in there, though. If we had been fresh or of the shower or changing my clothes, then it would've been a very big issue for me.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds--as it was myself and older son traveling. When I got to the room--It was a king bed- Went back down to the desk and spoke with Derek. They did not have any other queen rooms open--but he did give my son another king room for the night! Derek at the desk handled the situation perfectly! THANK YOU!!!

Morning staff were pleasant. Bed appeared clean and was comfortable.

Cost was pricey but it was the only location available after a long drive. The shower was slippery and while some things seemed new or updated it had the look of a remodeled older hotel. Very close to the interstate so it was also noisy.

The staff were very nice and professional. The lobby was clean and inviting. My room was exceptional, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, and the woman monitoring the cafe was so pleasant.

I liked how close this hotel is to I 95. I had stopped at Bucee's which across the street on the other side of I 95. A awful storm came and it was impossible to see to drive, so I booked a room. My only complaint would have to be the noise factor, that continued through the night.

Very easy and quick to get to off interstate. Also felt that it was very quiet on the floors overall at night. We were traveling during Christmas holiday and there was many people at hotel. Did not know it.

Question if bathroom was thoroughly cleaned. My husband went to use bathroom and found that the toilet had dried urine stains on rim. Everything else appeared to be clean. Just wonder why toilet was left that way.

The property is well decorated and in a convenient location.

The room could have been cleaner. There was dirt on the bathroom floor behind the door, soap residue on the shower shelf and the mirror had what appeared to be be dried toothpaste splatter from the previous occupant. Also, the hair dryer is a nice feature but the cord is too short causing the dryer to become unplugged if drying the top of one's head and I am not a tall person.
