Location was great. I was missing my shower Curtin. I let the staff know and one was installed in a matter of Mins. This tells me that they do change them out between stays. The shower had great water pressure. Room was very clean. This is my second time staying here. Will be back.

The breakfast could use some improving. They had the normal waffles, cereal and Milk. could use some different pastries. They also had Sausage patties, eggs and Biscuits. The sausage was good. The biscuit was hard as a rock.

The hotel was good and location access for the Zoo, Downtown and other places to visit. Breakfast was good , and staff very kind!

They didn't clean the room, or at least pick up the trash. Also, they didn't bring clean towels and paper toilet. The coffee at breakfast was not good. It was like tea. Recommendation you will probably need to get a new branch of coffee with a better flavor. Coffee is a must in the morning. Otherwise, it would be an excellent hotel to stay!!!

The hotel and room all seemed clean and taken care of. Possibly a recent remodel since the stairways seemed older. Room was very clean and bed clothes very white and fresh. Bathroom counter was a good size and plenty of water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when pulling off the Highway nearby but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

Had to play with the door handle most of the time to open the door from the outside. Sometimes the key card wouldn't read either. May have been that particular lock. There was an odor in the elevator.

Free breakfast , did have green tea

Eggs, sausage cold, no butter, chemical filled butter substitute, no English muffins, We stayed at a hotel that cost the same amount, not far from here. I shared info about their breakfast and staff person stated" you got spoiled there". Yes we did and we will choose that hotel next time for sure

You could not ask for better staff. Very nice rooms..comfy beds…I just can’t say enough about how the staff was very nice respectful and was always eager to help with whatever you needed…I would recommend this hotel and we will stay there again

Nice room, good breakfast, nice staff. We were there for my daughter to take an exam. The lady at the counter was right ! She said everyone who stays there passes the cosmetology test and my daughter passed.

Very clean and quiet. Good location for us. Been coming to Columbia twice a year to visit family for 5 years and this is by far the best value for the money. Very pleased!!

We were pleased with everything. The staff/owners were exceptional-very cordial and personable. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also everything we could expect. We must travel to Columbia regularly for the unforeseen future. After trying multiple facilities, Best Western on Bush River Rd will be our go-to hotel from now on.

There was not anything about the facility we did not like. Everything was great.

Very clean. This is the most important thing especially for a hotel of this price range. Highly recommend it as a cost-effective clean place. Also the breakfast was really good!

The third floor hallway where I was had an awful smell that made me want to throw up when I got off the elevator....Other than that everything smelled very clean, especially the lobby.

It was a quiet location, the room was really clean and big. Very clean place. The lady at front desk was always super friendly! If we ever had to go back to Columbia SC we would definitely stay there again

Sunday breakfast sausage could have been cooked longer.
