This location has been my Go-to Hotel every time I have traveled to Columbia for the last 10 years. If I am not mistaken, it is family run, and the Service has always been exceptional. My rooms have always been extremely clean and well attended to. I love that I have always been located on the first floor, with just a short walk to the front desk. As a woman traveling alone, this gives me an added feeling of security. There is an abundance of restaurants located nearby that you can either walk to or have food delivered. Prices range from Fast Food to Medium.

There is currently construction happening just off the access road, so you have to detour down a side street. Not a major deal, but it does change the walkability of the location. You can still walk to the Broad River area to access food, stores and buses to many areas if you are not driving, but the walk is longer and part of it is slightly uphill. Also, there was no obvious signage indicating how to access the pool or the hours for the pool, so although I did want to sit by the pool, I never did. This may also be why I never saw anyone in the pool area during my stay, although it looked very clean and well maintained (although small)

We almost cancelled, because of the reviews on Google, we're glad we didn't. The hotel is an older facility, but they keep it very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the television has many channel selections and the staff was very friendly.

There wasn't too much I didn't like, but I would say, do not trust the drink machine outside of the hotel, because they fill it with waters and not the actual drink, we tried it 3 times choosing different flavors. (Shame on us) Lol. Other than that, our stay was decent.

Friendly, clean

Very nice property. Kind helpful staff. Room was very nice. Huge bathroom. HBO. Sofa and table to eat at. Shampoo and body lotion. There was a nice hairdryer. Plenty of hangers and microwave and frige. Chest of drawers.

Hard to get to and from on the highway. 10 miles from I-77. Lots of construction on I-20 which ran in front of the property. Hard to get back to I-26E more construction. Just nuts. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good...especially the waffles. Room and bed were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I would have liked to see a few extra hot items on the menu...like maybe grits and some type of meat, sausage maybe added to the breakfast. Waffles were good. We had hoped to be closer to Williams Brice Stadium since we were there for a football game. The hotel was farther away than the directions mentioned.

Very handy to all attractions that we wanted to do. Staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe. Lovely pool and great place to stay with kids

The location is adjacent to I 20, but due to ongoing construction was a bit tricky finding, initially. The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty much standard fare - adequate to getting back on the road to continue our trip.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They even helped us with directions to get to where we were wanting to go. The breakfast was good as well. We would stay here again if we end up back that way.

The only complaint we had was that the coffee could be better. And maybe something other than a pool for the kids to do while there. We had a little trouble with the tv signal, but I think that was because of the severe weather rolling into the area, but it didn't take long to recover.
