Most everything was fine.

Upon checking in, I was told my reservation had been canceled due to arriving after a certain time. The man didn't seem too interested in resolving the matter until another woman came in right behind me with the same issue, at which point he began helping her for several minutes as if, I wasn't there. Once he had her squared away AND my boyfriend came walking up to the desk, i was then assisted.

Breakfast was great.

Made reservation in June they changed their reservation computer program and couldn't find my reservation. It took them 1 hour to finally find it but after driving 11 hours to get there was not thrilled with this. Had my family with me also was looking forward to getting in room right away so we could go out into town before she had to move into her dorm room for college.

The location is safe and close to campus. There is a nice gym. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in via phone is convenient.

The room is not perfectly clean. The floor feels a little sticky. A little noise in the night.

The staff were awesome, especially Jazzmine, Rick and Marquis!

Only one decaf coffee pack in room, and only one coffee cup. Other family members in room next to us had no coffee, and still received none after asking for some.

The staff was very friendly . And the bed was comfortable and room was very clean . I liked the pet friendly area .

Everything was great . Maybe just empty the outside trash cans which were full, but I was only there a short time , so not judging anyone for that .

That I didn’t know it was 2 hotels in 1..And the parking was too over crowded and having to pay 13/ night to walk cross the road to my room I think wasn’t right

I was charged for parking without parking there everyday and they run out of breakfast to fast and no one asked to clean our room.

The customer service was excellent! So friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

Location is excellent for being close to University of South Carolina. It’s very clean and has great parking. Staff is very nice.

Bedding is not enough. Would be better to have some think blankets or a warmer comforter.
