Everything from time we check-in until the time we check-out the lady that was there when we came was so helpful and nice. The 2 ladies that was there 6/1/2024 and I forgot their names, but they wrote down and now I can find the paper they was nice and very very helpful please let them know.

The only complaint my husband had that the Sodas up front cost too much!! That is such a big deal because he complains about everything. I can't complain about anything this stay made our trip that much better.

Excellent staff, very clean and comfortable. Heating was amazing, kitchen amenities were great and 24/7 service.

For 90% of my stay, hot water system was broken. I could only have cold showers. Not great in super cold weather and with a cold. Fixed on my final day of stay.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We stopped here on the drive to Florida. This place is 10000 times better than the place we have in Florida and paid a heck of alot more for. We recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable

The property is very clean and close the many places to eat. It is near the highway and fairly easy to navigate entry because of the red light.

There was one little trash can in the entire room and the parking can be difficult when there’s a full house since there’s only one entrance into the hotel itself.

The breakfast was nice & location as well.

I would have preferred more options. The sandwiches were tough and not very good. I liked that there was fruit but the bananas were very green. It was a nice free breakfast but it could be better.

Do away with the sandwiches. Oatmeal was very runny.

Location. Jay upon check in was very nice and welcoming. Definitely the comfort and cleanliness.

Breakfast, fireplace, bed

TV was very difficult to manage. Not sure if it was the remote, but very challenging trying to get to TV or stream and change channels

Clean, polite staff. Allowed early check in due to car trouble.

Shower tile broken in my room upon arriving, breakfast bacon burnt to a crisp or out of bacon. Incorrect warmer used so bacon continues to cook imstead of staying warm. Thong bathing suits allowed at pool so I did not allow my grand daughter to go. Room carpet could use shampooing due to white sox getting dirty while walking on room floor.
