price was great, Room and other areas very clean. Staff housekeepers and front desk very friendly.

Only thing that went wrong for our stay. i thought the breakfast was till 10:00 (my fault) thought that is what the desk clerk said but not sure. got to the breakfast around 10 till 9. My Partner and myself started fixing our items. At 4 or 5 till 9 the lady came in and took all the items up. I thought if she had great customer service manners she would have asked if we and the other customers had what we needed before she took it all alway. We had to leave without the condiments for our waffles etc.

Due to Hurricane Helene, it had been very stressful and hard to find a reasonably priced, clean hotel. This one fit the bill, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, putting us at ease. There was a nice, clean smell upon entering the building. I love that it's a 100% smoke-free facility. Shannon greeted us with a smile and was so nice to us. The bearded gentleman gave us a little comic relief and was very kind to us as well. My stay at this hotel was the first night I'd slept well since the storm. I would surely give this hotel my business again.

The breakfast could use a few additions, and the waffle iron could be turned down to not make waffles so hard.

The location of this facility and the staff was excellent. Close to restaurants and close to the highway. I can't say enough about how nice and kind the staff was, they all went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The breakfast was a little "light", no eggs, bacon or hash browns. There was waffle mix to make your own waffles and microwave sausage sandwiches along with the cereals and toast along with instant oatmeal. I would've liked to have had some scrambled eggs, but that's just my preference.

The staff was amazingly nice, they was friendly and helpful. Once we were checked in they explained where the ice machine was, breakfast time and they explained that the doors would be locked at a certain time and how we could get in. The room was cool, clean and stocked with enough towels/rags for our stay so we didn't have to ask for more. The location was perfect, there was gas, Walmart and food places not to far away.

The service. The desk clerk was sleeping when I arrived at 4am and seemed a bit angry that I woke her up. Then when we woke up to breakfast we arrived 10 minutes to 9 and the lady was putting things away and shutting off machines while we were trying to get stuff. Turned off the juice machine and took away the bread/muffin trays. So needless to say we left with just coffee. For the amount of money I paid for a 5 hour stay was crap!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Beth & Dennis @ the front desk very nice. The staff member in charge of the breakfast area was great. Beth helped us with restaurant suggestions & replaced the hairdryer that wasn’t working. These people were exceptional.This is an older hotel but it is clean with great location near interstate. Excellent staff. We would stay there again.

It was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional. Everyone with whom we interacted made us fell welcome and valued. Beth checked us in and she went above and beyond to be sure our needs were met. I have never experienced friendlier service anywhere else I have stayed. A pleasurable experience.

Room was nice and spacious, very clean, temperature was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities in the room, from the fridge and microwave to the shower, worked very well. The surroundings were nice, plenty of birds in the trees.

Only thing is the breakfast, there weren't many options, I could've done with some dairy-free options.

It was familiar at this point. I been coming and it was still comfortable beds, nice TV and clean room with a computer in the lobby.

I did see a dead baby roach in my bathroom. (But Miss Sylvia immediately called pest control). The next morning I wore a night gown to the kitchen area. It was to my knee but another guest found offense as if most people aren't wearing dresses even shorter. The other staff member made it her business to chastise me about wearing bed clothing in the common area. I went to put the pants I had on last night underneath but I was offended and embarrassed. It was entirely over blown and I checked out early. I guess i have worn my welcome.

The breakfast was ok but not what I usually eat. It was waffles, prepackaged muffins, cereal. The coffee was hot and good though. the breakfast area was clean and neat. the staff was very nice and helpful with our questions about the area. It was close to the interstate and the venue we were going to that night.

Could have been better with a better breakfast selection but for the price we paid it was sufficient.
