Good breakfast and staff were amazing and helpful with my kids at breakfast and in the evening when i needed a water. And when I was leaving just amazing people and would return for just the great people. Smelled good amd clean and bed were comfy

The pool closed so early which is why I even git the hotel for my kids I live locally and we didn't even get to swim it was so disappionting spent 158 basically for breakfast and 20 channels. My kids are sensative to heat and sun so I had hoped to take them swimming when the sun went down. And bc of that I wint be abke to return to this location. I rent a room once a week fir my kids to swim and get out of the house

Location was great & staff was awesome.

I chose them because they offered airport shuttle service, even provided my flight and arrival time when I made the reservation. Didn’t get to use it. No driver when I arrived and the shuttle only runs from 0700-2000. My flight departed at 0510, so I had to pay for transportation to and from the airport.

We very much enjoyed our room , it was very clean and the bathroom was really nice. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. And I will definitely be getting some. They even had mouth wash that was really good.

The only negative I would say is that they need better pillows that aren't super thin and so I would bring our own pillows.

I liked that it was easy to navigate after getting off of the interstate. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping.

When I booked this hotel I looked at reviews and amenities the hotel had to offer. But when we arrived on Friday our TV in our room wasn't working at all called to front desk and they informed us the wifi here was out even though that has nothing to do with TV. Proper cables weren't hooked up to watch TV. Kathy was able to move us from one room to another on Saturday evening (and even helped us with our stuff)to a room with a TV that worked. But still no wifi all weekend.

It was clean and everyone was friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good the best i have had in any place i stay.

That the key didnt work the last day before check out time.When we were trying to pack our car we could get back in the door.

I had an early flight out after my stay at the hotel, and I had asked the week before and again upon check0in, for an early morning taxi (5am). when I arrived at the front desk at 4:45 am, the desk clerk told me that I had just missed a ride opportunity, since one of the hotel staff had just departed to the airport with another guest, and that staff person was not returning. after a 45 minute wait, I was lucky to find an Uber driver who got me to the airport just in time to catch my flight. I really would have appreciated it if the hotel would make a firm commitment for transfers to-from the airport, regardless of time of day, and if possible to combine riders so they can share the cost.

The room was big clean nice and cool especially for the weather and the beds were so so comfortable I really could of use 2 more pillows but overall I slept good and the breakfast was spectacular omg I enjoyed every bite every day I was there I didn’t miss breakfast

well I’m a smoker and going in and out to smoke but it did help me cut down the couple of days I stayed

Everything was great the service was the best and I will stay again the rate was great as well but overall I enjoyed it

I didn't like the price but I thank God I could have paid for it and will stay again I had to reclean my bathroom because I see hair was in the tub and on on the floor but I got it

Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and answered many questions. Breakfast attendant made sure area was clean and well stocked.

Hotel itself could use some maintenance/updates. Sheets kept coming off of bed; not sure why

It was a good breakfast and the scrambled eggs were especially good!

Nothing was incomplete or wrong.
