i actually was impressed with my stay. my room was huge, most importantly CLEAN. Clean sheets no bugs great service i checked in late and drive from charlotte after marriot making my night horrible hawthorn made my night better THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

First day I was told the breakfast was finished already and second day we got something, not a lot of choices to make though but at least it's a breakfast

The rugs has retained some smoke and mildew smell. So even with good cleaning, when you first walk into the room you perceive the smell.

The room was cozy and comfortable beds, no loud nosies just peaceful and the safety of the doors only can be opened to enter the building with a key was the best for me

I found a dead roach in the bottom of the cabinet underneath sink. I was just checking things out.

Decent location wise.

Very out dated.. filthy .. tub was not suitable for my 2 year son, I didn’t & wouldn’t put him or myself in it honestly! If you not very cleanly & ok with ripped up floors & finding other people’s belongings I guess it would be the place for you. Me personally I Wouldn’t go back, & don’t recommend to any & all families.

The customer service was excellent... I can't remember her name that worked the front desk but I love love love her. GREAT WORKER

Didn't have enough pots and pans and also sometimes you have to go outside and smoke a cigarette

We liked the traditional style of the room, high ceiling, roomy space, and fully furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. Beds are not fancy but comfortable enough. Rooms on second floor have balcony. In general it’s a good value for the price.

The hotel is advertised as breakfast included but the quality of the breakfast was awful, no better than nothing. Gym room has no window.

Quick check in staff was very helpful. Rooms were well equipped and clean.

Breakfast was pretty simply. But not a big deal for us.

Did not get to stay they want a visa card
