The room was spacious; free wifi; the beds were comfortable; plenty of hot water; very fast elevators; plenty of parking; good location, easy on-and-off the interstate.

We stayed for 5 days -- and the room was NEVER serviced. I know that hotels rarely offer daily housekeeping any more, and that is fine -- but 5 days???? We ran out of toilet paper; the small trash cans were overflowing. And the announcement in the room said that daily housekeeping was not offered so as "not to disturb us". REALLY? Ok, cut down on housekeeping -- but don't be patronizing and tell us that it is for our comfort. $16 for breakfast is pretty steep, when many hotels offer a free breakfast.

Would have liked an earlier check-in. Was told check-in time was 3. I was on the road 40 years and know rooms become clean as staff works--not all at once. I offered my number for a text when available but to know avail so ended up in line after 3. I also know accommodations were made for others before three so that was disappointing. If told you only accommodate honors members with requests that would have been at least a bit more palatable since I had many early check-ins on the road regardless of POLICY in my years of traveling. Just an FYI!

We enjoyed the privacy of having a separate bedroom from the living room. The small kitchenette was nice for our kids to eat small snacks together. We also really liked the bathroom with the oversized shower, separated sink and toilet room was an added bonus as well.

I didn't like the lack of extra bedding for our sleeper sofa and had to visit the front desk to get extra towels. We had hoped the bathroom was accessible through the living room and not through the private bedroom, but we managed.

The two young ladies that greet me and daughter was so nice and pleasant. They even give us cookies and water for our stay . That’s the first time I actually got nice soft cookies from this hotel. And I have visited this property several times before. But they went the extra mile for my daughter bc of her peanut allergies they gave her a nut free cookie / Vegan . That was nice of them .

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have any towels for us wen went out too the pool area . They said laundry was not done and they were washing them up . But this was like four o’clock in the day in a weekend. So we had use our towels from the bedroom for the pool. That was not right bc we needed them for after our shower. I didn’t like that at all .

Loved how clean the room was! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well kept!

The balcony was a little dirty. Previous guest’s trash from cigars wrappers and lots of dead bugs. But nothing major and could be overlooked. The price was a little steep for one night, but it was weekend.

Shower didn’t have hot water mentioned it the morning we woke up the first night never got fixed. Also advertise allergy free cookies they had no cookies without nuts so we didn’t receive the warm cookies.

the hotel was great to us because we made our reservation thru booking.com and had a confirmation but we had no room! this the second time this has happened with me. we had a major event in both lodging and booking.com left us without a room. please note someone else also was at the desk and booked thru booking.com and they also had no room.

The service was top notch! The staff was so nice!! They were all very friendly and personable! The property was also very clean and well taken care of.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable enough. I enjoyed my stay.
