The property was pretty ideal for what we needed. The lady who check us in was super nice and awesome at her job.

Didn’t like the smell of pot smoke filling our room from other rooms. Should be more control over smokers and then not being allowed to smoke in their rooms. Also the lady who check us out was very rude and disrespectful. Not sure if her name but was a different lady than who checked us in. If she was gone I could handle the pot smoke.

I liked the location close to family. I enjoyed the light breakfast, the Belgian waffle with fruit and yogurt, if desired. Great coffee and fillers.

There was an unpleasant scent in the room! I reserved a Nonsmoking room, but the scent told otherwise. I had my own air fragrance to remove it, but it was of Little use.

Staff was very pleasant and the location was perfect for the event that I was attending.

I forgot to mention to the hostess that the tub fixture needs repair. When you pull up the tab to divert water to the shower head, the entire faucet lifts up. The water regulator handle also needs attention.

The bathroom door was EXTRA squeak. The pillows were small. The TV was outdated, we really don't need cable. Just a TV we can mirror our phones with.

Bed was good. When we ask for an other chair we did it. The person that check us out was great.

Breakfast is not a breakfast. Not enough to choose from. Not enough to go far. Outside worker take food out when they go on job site and other people don't have anything to get. Needs real coffee. We was not happy with no fruits to choose from. Pillows is not good. Only had a desk and chair in there. Not enough towels for 2 person. The person name Anne was not a person people.

Location was convenient to restaurants and stores. Hotel was very clean…especially being a pet friendly hotel, it had a very clean smell. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I fell in the handicapped bathroom as the tile was really slippery when wet, they need a rug or rougher surface for the tile on the floor

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with an additional option of making a waffle. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The BBC breakfast was very wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable! Loved loved loved the shower! I felt very safe staying here.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nice.

They didn’t have a very big selection for breakfast. There was nothing for my husband to eat. My kids were happy with the waffles though.
