The property has easy access to I-77, and many restaurant and shopping facilities. Very good and stocked breakfast….even provided to go bags. Front desk staff was awesome. They wrote down their names, but unfortunately lost them…however management will know the time of our stay and trust they will properly recognize them for their friendliness and great service.

Elevator seemed very slow and had ants in the shower area. We mentioned to front desk person. Also the entrance door appeared damaged, which at first site was concerning….as to why?

The property itself was nice and accommodating. The staff however needs some work. Upon arrival we waited at the desk to be checked in the lady was in the back eating and comes out with a mouth full of food then tells me my drivers license looks nothing like me in person and laughs. Wasn’t sure to take it as a compliment or get offended. She works in customer service she should know how to read her customers and decipher what’s appropriate and what’s not.

The hotel is in the perfect spot. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. It sits in the back which is nice and quiet. I loved that everything was clean. All the staff was awesome. Top tier service! Thank you all for your kind acts. I would definitely stay here again!

I'm a very light sleeper so, I didn't care for a/c unit in the room due to the noise it makes (No fault of there's.) Other than that, wonderful stay.

Location, last minute availability

High nightly rate, shower was not clean. It had straight black hair and curly black hair in it, and I had brown braided hair. Sat am as I was sleeping, housekeeping, entered my room saying hello, when I said hello back, she asked if I needed linen, I said no, she apologized and closed my door back. Other than that the stay was good.

Nice, clean and seemed brand new. Breakfast was nice.

The signage leading to the motel could have been better. I was following my GPS w/ apple maps and seemed like it was leading me to the wrong motel. I thought maybe I had put in the address wrong. I was looking for a a place to turn around. But I kept following the road and there was the Holiday Inn.

Friendly staff. Overall cleanliness. Good breakfast. Decent location. Sounds weird but, liked that beds were higher at this location than others we've stayed at. Also, like how suitcase has a designated rack to sit on.

It is a little nosier as it sits right by highway but, it didn't stop us from getting rest but, if you are a light sleeper...it might be an issue.

We didn’t have any body wash and night front desk male worker said he was going to bring a replacement bottle to our room but he never came. Next morning had to call front desk to make sure someone came so we could at least shower before checking out. Also wish breakfast included grits packets not just oatmeal packets

Location. Room was spacious. Beds are comfortable

Room air conditioner did not work. Talked to night clerk and she called manager but did not repair. Did not have any other rooms available. Yet my son booked a room after I talked to her. Breakfast area was dirty. No towels for pool. Bathroom in lobby out of order. No attendant at front desk most of the time.

Great stay look forward to next stay. Liked the handicap shower it was comfortable and plenty of room.

The only thing we didn't like was we had to leave 😪 we would loved to stay another week in near future. Thanks for all yall do.

Enjoy our stay everything was clean the bedroom was excellent breakfast was good and our overnight stay was satisfying customers service was excellent we will go there again and tell our friends and families also

The firepit didnt work and bugs were bad at the pool at night everything was good but we was still was happy
