Nice quite comfortable hotel with good rates and in a good location. Love the oceanfront room, and the staff are wonderful. Beds are comfortable

Air conditioner was a little noisy but otherwise room was great.

The views from our balcony were awesome. The snow was unexpected.

This was a great place to stay for the cost. This is far from fancy but it’s cozy, quiet, and CLEAN! The only thing you might not like is hearing the airplanes every so often taking off. But we actually loved watching them! I absolutely loved the pizza place on the second floor that was a nice touch! I read some bad reviews before but I have no complaints. The place was perfectly clean and not a bug in sight!

It was clean and on a good location and price was decent front desk staff was nice.

I didn't like that there wasn't an ice machine on our floor and on checkout day, the cleaning lady barged In our room three times before we checked out when she knew we hadn't left yet. The cleaning staff wasn't so pleasant. The room was very small. There was a $100 deposit that we didn't know about. It was returned after checkout but we didn't know about it untill check in. It should have been made clear on the website.

The pool area was nice! The room was clean and comfortable!

What’s not to like? Would be nice to have a free continental breakfast.

Comfortable beds, fairly quiet and basic for our needs.

A bit of cleanliness issues, but other than that good. Too many guests smoking marijuana outside their rooms. The smell pulled into the AC unit and it was gross.

Location. Good parking. Oceanfront.

Shoeing a little age. You the tale that the floors had been mopped with dirty water.

Comfy beds very roomy and spacious only kitchenette area was tiny very small no bathtub in my room only walk in shower which was kind of difficult to bathe a 5 year old but overall room was decent horrible WIFI service.

I didn't appreciate the front desk staff calling my room telephone close to midnight, almost giving me a heart attack being that I was in a deep sleep talking about how we have your debit card on file and I owe the hotel nearly $160 the front desk lady said I had a balance on my account with the hotel. I said to the hotel staff that you better dare not process my card. I paid everything thru Booking.com from April 15th and when I checked in on the 20th everything was verified and confirmed with Booking.com then that's when the front staff said ok I will look into it and call you back if anything. Never received a call back, just the simple fact my heart was pounding pounding, and I couldn't fall back to sleep until 1:45 a.m.

Tropical Seas offers an in-house restaurant called Momma Mia’s. Opens for dinner. All staff were exceptional. From front desk to maintenance. Housekeeping could not be more helpful. Towels anf linens were very good quality.

Hot tub was being repaired while we were there. Would have liked that. Although they were right on top of it, as repair man was there when we left.

loved it. the staff was awesome ,friendly and helpful. we had a room on the 3rd floor facing the ocean which could not have been better. wanted to run around but got so comfortable that we slept and lounged a lot. I want to know where they get their mattresses and pillows from? seriously the bed was so firm and great for my back but still soft and comfy and the pillows were perfect. this isn't a fancy 5 star hotel (didn't cost as much either), but it was nice and it was clean and smelled clean. also they didn't hit us with a bunch of high fees on top of the room price. had the cheapest resort fee I could find and they did allow certain dogs with a 1 time pet fee as opposed to a high nightly fee comparable to a room cost..

the pizza place on the 2nd floor . Its a separate entity from the hotel, but I would advise against it. problems ordering online, problems confirming the order( they couldn.t find the order) and after we had called it a loss and ordered elsewhere, they finally email us that it was ready. So since I had already paid for it, I decided to walk down and get it. it was horrible and ended up throwing it away. but the hotel is awesome!
