Customer service ! Tyler at the front desk is your shining star ! Bikers ask if they (Hotel) had a bike wash station ? Tyler jumped into action providing rags and a bucket to set up the bike wash ! When we were hit with a South Dakota thunderstorm the wing blew over a motorcycle and Tyler was right out there helping pick it up . His genuine concern for people to be comfortable and enjoy their stay was refreshing.

A little off the beaten path, but that provided a quieter setting.

Breakfast options, presentation, and dining area were all very nice. Was pleased with to have option to dine at the hotel. Food was delicious.Great service. Great location, beautiful view, & quiet. Yet close to several restaurants & interstate.

Although we were pleased overall, we felt your price was somewhat high but we were meeting friends & your hotel was originally advertised at $107/nt. We paid more than twice that rate.

The breakfast was good. The lack of options for potatoes was disappointing but otherwise was very good.

I hate paying a premium for the room and not getting maid service every day. I know you can ask for it, but for the price you charge, it should be standard. Like the good old days.

Really enjoyed the beds they were comfortable and soft. Glad we were close to pool.

My son didn't like the pool it was too cold.

Checking into this lovely property was seamless and pleasant because of the woman at front desk who has been working there since the hotel opened. The room was spacious, stylish, comfortable and quiet for great rest. The shower was amazing.

Only noticeable flaw was in that k cups provided in the room only had the option of a decaf coffee and a darjeeling tea. I found it odd that no caffeinated coffee k cup was there for travelers.

We stayed for two nights while visiting the Black Hills area. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi worked fine. Good location for visiting popular sites such as Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park.

The bathroom could have been cleaner; there was some hair in the shower area.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The check-in price was $104, and turned out to be $130 with all the added expenses and tax, etc. We weren't expecting added costs to run that high; also seemed a bit much, since we didn't use any of the hotel amenities such as the pool, fitness center, or business office. But the room itself was nice, and so that makes up for it.
