Location great. We’re from the uk so used to busing and walking, bus station a few minutes walk away for buses to downtown Nashville. Shopping centre also a few minutes walk away. Breakfast good, our Sunday server was so friendly and helpful. Room a great size. Too busy for the pool but looked good. Parking plentiful.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff helpfull and friendly. Excellent stay.

Would have been nice to have breakfast from proper cups, plates and silverware. Too much plastic, paper and prosessed food. Though found breakfast to be very similar to other US hotels. Not much variety.

Hotel was in a perfect location for us. Quiet but close to downtown. Walking distance to a Cheesecake Factory. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and inviting. Parking lot felt safe. Honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the breakfast, it looked great.

Great breakfast, good variety and choices. The staff were very helpful especially when we wanted to do a laundry and couldn't download the app. Seems like a better, more user friendly laundry system would be helpful. We had trouble with our reservation and the front desk folks were very helpful and got everything straightened out.

Perfect location for us without being in the center of Broadway. Only 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Easy walk to a very nice mall and restaurants.

The male manager that checked us out on Monday morning, September 18th did not say a word to us. He didn't say good morning, ask how our stay was or say have a safe trip and it was not busy😔

Cleanliness

Desk chair to low and not comfortable for typing. Common problem with Hampton Inn, lack of thought on making it truly"business" friendly.

Super clean and comfortable. Lobby is very homey. Staff at hot breakfast were super friendly. Breakfast was different and very good on the two days we were there. Free parking is always nice in Nashville.

The breakfast staff was out-of-this-world nice. Parking great.

Coffee in the room is the one with the plastic filter and 1 serving coffee pack. It is not good, always week.

Good hot breakfast with nice variety of options. Convenient location for our activities. Walkable to big shopping mall and places to eat. Perfect for our weekend.

Great room and location for us

Breakfast - mediocre. Would have liked better fruit, granola, plain yogurt. And wish we could move away from disposable cutlery and crockery. Let’s use less plastic.
