What was there to NOT like!!!!!!!!!!! Upon arriving for my stay, I met "Ish", the gentleman at the front desk. He was so kind and inviting. I've never stayed at a hotel, Inn or Suite, where the front man showed me were everything was AND even to my room to show me what I was paying for! Extremely Kind! 24 hr Starbucks coffee in the lobby, a breakfast buffet where breakfast is made to order! I had a male chef one day and a female chef the next morning and my breakfast was spot on! Go for the omelets and/or fried eggs!!!! An outside area to sit by the pool with a covered awning! Has a nice TV outside too to sit around and watch ~ A game/theatre room! A laundromat, even a small little grocery/snack type area in case you forgot something. Upon entering my room, it smelled so nice and the smell lasted the entire 4 days I was there. The linen was nice, clean, fresh! The bed was so incredibly comfortable. I'm disabled and sleep in a hospital bed at home. Hotel beds are just not that great for sleeping for my spine. However, I slept so well in the bed here ~ not just one night but ALL the nights! Bathroom was nice and fresh & clean. The fridge is not one of those small ones in most hotels....this was a very nice size fridge! Television was great, never lost cable, even the night of a storm! Hot water....all day long!! The hot shower was the best! I never heard a single sound outside of my a/c and tv....even when they were turned off, you never heard a sound. This stay was needed due a family medical emergency, one that took us to Abilene 3 times in 6 weeks, however, our first time ever staying at the here at "3450" ~ I can honestly say, we have found our place to stay from now on for our trips to Abilene. If you don't take my word on this....try it for yourself! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! FIVE STARS ~

I can't think of a thing that I didn't care for, it was all so nice. I really felt safe and secure here.

Our 2nd visit here in less than 2 months due to family medical emergency. Mr. Ish at the front desk is still just as accommodating as the first visit here! We will be having to return to Abilene frequently in the near future and we believe we found our "home away from home"! Rooms are very clean and smell so nice, starting at day one until we checked out. No outside noise at all! Ever! Breakfast is not your run of the mill "free breakfast" type hotels. This is eggs cooked to order, the waffles are fantastic, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hot/cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk/chocolate milk, juices, coffee, donuts, you name it! All in a nice dining room! The breakfast alone is well worth the price! The housekeepers are super nice and happy to help! Laundry Lady was so kind as well. It would be very hard for me to find anything wrong here....they even have Starbucks coffee in the lobby, 24/7 !!!!!! We had to extend our visit for another week and it was no problem at all, we didn't have to change rooms! Thank you Mr. Ish for your (and your staff's) kindness!

Not a thing to be said wrong with the Inn at 34 50! From the moment you walk in and you smell the cleanliness of this hotel to the day you check out, its the REAL thing. All persons working at this hotel are so kind and accommodating!

Fine southern hospitality! Super comfortable bed, free beer in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning, very friendly and helpful staff. Even when we showed up to breakfast and mostly everything was gone, Larry quickly cooked us up some more eggs, biscuits, and sausage to make sure we had a complete breakfast. Also, surprisingly great channels on the cable TV!

The service was awesome, especially after I mentioned that I had 1.4 million views on Google Reviews! The breakfast was exceptional and the pool area, though needing a coat of fresh paint and some new cushions on the furniture, was nice and clean. If you are looking for asthetics, pay the $125+ for a fancier hotel. If you want clean and a good breakfast as well as a comfy bed at an affordable price, stay here.

Outside area is not pleasing to the eye, especially with the closed and boarded up restaurant next door! Needs a lot of TLC. If I hadn't seen the Porsche sitting outside I would have passed on the place. Turns out the car belongs to the owner! Definitely needs some cosmetic work. Carpets need replaced, would not go barefoot on them. Furniture worn, bathroom tile dingy and stained. But, again, clean with great water pressure!!

This place was right next to a Natural Grocers store, which was great because we wanted to restock on some supplies for our road trip. The front desk staff and manager are all very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast in the morning was great! It was fully stocked and the omlet bar was excellent! What a nice touch. The pool was clean and nice, and the lobby had a free starbucks machine that could make you different drinks. There was also some other food choices and restaurants really close by, so that was nice to have those options. If you're staying in Abilene, give this place a try!

Well located. Quiet. Clean. Excellent water pressure in bathroom. Breakfast was very excellent. Omelets were exceptional. Quality was great.

It is an older very much dated property. Needs some renovation. Especially the carpeting. Though the service is very good and you can see effort being made to keep it clean and comfortable.

This is no 4 and 5 Star Hotel, but it is over and beyond all 3 star hotels in Abilene. I won't deduct for the woman that didn't want to cook my waffle extra crispy like the fella did the day before. The breakfast, again for the price, was an absolute surprise, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff was great and everything was clean. This hotel has low rates, and for the price, you get much more and better service than these other name brand hotels.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The amenities were fantastic and the hotel is located right next door to an incredible amount of restaurants and shopping centers. They have a Starbucks machine in the lobby that’s on 24/7 for free! Even with all the hustle and bustle and being located right off the access road, the hotel is incredibly quiet inside. Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Super clean. I would take my family here if in fact they weren't occupied in school etc. I've stayed in much pricier hotels where the accommodations didn't come close. After staying at 11 other hotels in Abilene this one is a definite great value.

My boss works me too hard so I don't get to have my run of the amenities as much as I like. My stays are at a week at a time so I do appreciate having some time to it.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and a good variety of choices. The pool is very clean and 8 ft deep where most hotels are only 5 or 6....we didn't get in bc it was cold but would have loved to if it was summer

The room had a scent to it but it wasn't unbearable and the ac wasn't that cool even at 67 degrees but wasn't hot either it was comfortable
