Easy access off the highway. Central in a good neighbourhood. Facilities were great, especially the fitness centre. I liked that there was an in room refrigerator and coffee available complimentary. There was one water available in the room.

They might provide fresh water since Texas is hot. Although when I asked the receptionist advised I could take a water from the refrigerator. Also there was no do not disturb sign anywhere so I couldn’t tell if housekeeping would enter the room whilst I was out or not.

Didn’t feel like a hotel! The on point interior design including bright color pallet, fixtures, artwork and inviting common space was a first. The Awesome Staff was extra friendly and physically present in 24 hr island desk not hiding behind a wall. The staff never made myself or kids feel out of place. The live music scheduled made our last night there more of a celebration kids got a kick out of and participated w friendly artist Tom Brenton. Thanks for treating us like family:) I hope your staff including Lester are rewarded with the same kindness they give.

We liked everything

Stayed as a single so the room size was fine for me. The bed was comfortable which is the highest priority, but I was a bit confused by the various sizes of pillows on the bed. Overall, the room was simple, but totally in line with the price, and was clean and comfortable. I also really liked that an espresso machine was available in the lobby for use anytime, although it wasn't free.

The breakfast options were disappointing. They had breakfast burritos available for purchase but they were barely edible. At least they had some fresh fruit out.

Very nice and a very easy and fast check in process. Walked into a live band playing which was unique. Loved that they had a little store to purchase snacks from. Walked into a super cold room I loved that.

I could hear my neighbors baby crying at 7 am due to us having the door that joins the suites. The shower had some specks of dirt on the floor but not a big deal. And one side of the mattress was rather worn I could feel where the springs no longer held up weight.

How to improve experience: some minor maintenance work is required, such as a small light over bed, window shade roller is hard to pull down and lift up, TV remote not fully functional. I needed their help and staff was friendly and responsive to my request.I would stay here again if I visit the city, overall , a very good value.

We stayed at this hotel when moving to Austin. We arrived late at night and didn't want to stay in our empty house so we chose a nice hotel in relative close proximity to our new home. In this regard the location was perfect for us. It is quite far from downtown but is very centrally located in terms of shopping and restaurants. The decor/vibe is very on theme (think 'The Social Network') and everything felt very new. The lobby is very well lit and lively and the hotel pool looked wonderful (though we didn't use it). The bar area was lovely and everyone hanging around it was very social, which I haven't experienced in most of my hotel stays. There were always people working on laptops in the common areas and overall the hotel just had a nice energy. We had our dog with us for our stay and this hotel was definitely one of the most dog friendly/ welcoming hotels we have stayed at.

Some elements of the room layout and decor definitely sacrificed practicality for design. The room lighting was not streamlined and privacy was lacking. The barn door design for the bathroom does not provide much of a sound barrier and we could also hear other guests (who were not being rowdy) in the rooms above and next to us.

The indoor pool was great. We took advantage of it and was glad they had towels. We were the only ones using the pool so it was really nice.

It would have been nice for a complimentary breakfast. Also, getting off of the elevator on our floor reeked of marijuana. Not much the staff could do, but the smell was unpleasant.

We had a person smoking on our floor and once we let the staff know they were quick to respond and get the issue resolved

It was a tad bit loud our last night cause there was company there and they were being loud and our room happened to be right above the patio area

Everything was good Except for the $50 fee to check-in after pre paying for a 2 night stay which I have not got back on my card.. and the woman who checked me in was a little cocky and when I told her where I was from visiting she made a face that was uncalled for.. other than that.. It was a good stay

Front desk Lady.. Speaks Spanish and English Which is a good thing but when your checking someone in or even just talking to someone you should give them your attention.. not be talking to you coworkers like your not even standing there..

Loved the location, the ambiance, and the cleanliness. Staff was friendly and respectful.

Honestly I absolutely love this stay! I wish they would’ve given us more pillows as requested but not a bad experience at all.
