The breakfast was incredible with a selection of any type of breakfast food you can think of. There were always hot selections that changed daily (French toast and bacon one day, chicken tenders with scrambled eggs another day, omelettes, etc.), lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs - really too much to name here. The man running the breakfast was very helpful and at the ready to help when needed. In all our travels, we’ve not experienced a breakfast like this. In addition, Monday through Wednesday evenings they have a free dinner buffet. The food alone made this hotel a good value.

Training front desk staff to be able to provide visitor information. Not a major issue though

Great staff who are all cheerful and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfy. The laundry is clean (and free) Great fresh breakfast with plenty of options. To top it off, The social on Mon, Tues and Wed with free bites and drinks. Wow. Our new favourite place to stay.

Friendly staff. Always saying good morning, offering to help you out, etc. Great breakfast - all the staples you can think of, with rotating features (French toast, breakfast potatoes, sausage, mini omelettes - there are always eggs of some kind). Soy milk and vegan margarine. You won't mistake it for restaurant food but for a free breakfast it's top tier. A few days a week they also have a "social hour" which is basically a free light dinner - free wine and beer too. Lots of outlets in the general/breakfast room if you want to plug in and work. Five minute walk from the hotel to Walmart - literally next door. Free laundry and workout room - didn't use these but they looked decent. Kitchenette was compact but great. Not sure if all rooms are the same, but mine had a dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer with an excellent ice maker (no weird taste), and a little two-element electric stovetop. No oven. They did have big glass bowls with rubber lids so you can save leftovers. Basic cooking utensils. This is weird to call out, but the microwave (some GE model) is *really* good. I've got a decent microwave at home and this stupid hotel microwave blew it away! It's fast but somehow food heats evenly and doesn't get soggy. Bed was fine - no issues but not life changing. They have labeled soft and firm pillows which is a nice touch. Wi-Fi was solid. No issues video chatting or streaming Netflix on my computer. Everything was clean. Not brand new but no maintenance issues that I saw.

The arrangement of my room was odd - the bed and couch were facing each other, with the TV between them and perpendicular to both. And it's on a small dresser so you can't rotate it much. I sat at the desk to watch TV, lol. This was a queen studio, so I'm sure the rooms with bedrooms have a normal arrangement. Seating in the breakfast room was fine but could be more comfortable.

The location was perfect. The room size was very large. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the fact that checkout was at noon.

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The front desk woman was super friendly and happy. The front entrance was spotless! The woman checking me in gave clear directions to my room. The entire place was so quiet, clean and smelt fresh. Everyone was very nice. When I opened the door to my room I just expected a regular room but it was anything but! To say this room was clean is a complete understatement. It was nice and cool and just gorgeous! I’ve traveled so much in my life and this room was far beyond my expectations!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was picture perfect.

The staff were very helpful and the room was quiet, spotless and extremely comfortable. Outside, there's a pool and leisure seating, which was a nice touch. Even though a faulty fire alarm hugely disrupted our 2nd night , we were happy with how it was handled and were contacted by management and offered a refund without asking. That was good customer service and we appreciated it.

The location is pretty austere. It's far out of town, but that actually suited us fine as the eclipse had made everywhere so busy.

The king suite was very nice, was like a mini apartment! The bed was super comfy and you can't forget about the delicious free hot breakfast! We went to the pool one of the days of our stay and although it was a tad small, the water was nice and cold during a blazing hot day in Austin!

We checked out on a Monday and forgot that the breakfast was served at an earlier time and shut down at an earlier time, by the time we got downstairs at 10 it was already packed away. Would be nice if they kept it up til 11 like on the weekends.

The meals at breakfast and Social were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms met my expectations. The meals surpassed my previous experience at Staybridge Suites in another state; the kids looked forward to it always. Checkout by 12pm surpassed my expectations, etc. Room was neat, quiet and was well kept each day. Free guest laundry and the fitness room were a plus.

The shades on the ceiling lights gave the room a yellowish glow. I would have preferred a white bright room

The hotel was CLEAN, beds/pillows comfortable, bathroom very clean and plenty of space. We had 6 stay in this room with plenty of space. Looking forward to our next stay here.

We were looking forward to the all year swimming pool but the heating element was out and we didn't get to swim. There is also a $50 hold that I didn't know about so, keep that in mind if you're budgeting.

Very clean, breakfast was great, felt like we were the only ones there as it was pretty quiet, provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash and plenty of towels, kids loved the pool area, was dog friendly and had a doggie designated potty space, they had dinner available Monday - Wednesday (we didn't try it though unfortunately but I've never seen that at a hotel so that was cool). There was a door we could enter through by our room so we didn't need to walk through the whole hotel which was a plus. The pillows are super comfy my kids wanted to take them with and I was like no lol. The kitchen had bowls, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, conventional oven, microwave and a dishwasher. They also provided soap to wash it all with. Overall this was one of the best places we stayed and I would definitely come back(I forgot to get photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms)

The designated doggie area was out of poop bags so we had to go buy some(we forgot ours at home 🤦🏻‍♀️)
