the room and layout was perfect, you can see from our past that we stay here at least twice a year, often more. It is a great value and the staff, especially Emily were so accommodating and helpful.

The shower in the right bedroom didn't work, but we used the one in the left bedroom. Miss the waffle maker in the breakfast area, but the cook was making Belgium waffles in the back, so fine. We will continue to come there, but hotel is starting to show its age and needs a freshening. But, still great value.

Great Location. Wonderful sweet lady at check in. Can't remember her name, she is from Ireland, she went above and beyond helping us get checked into our room . Our key wouldn't work had to try 3 different times but finally got it to work.

Some family decide to camp out and have a family reunion by the pool area and basketball area for the two days we were there leaving absolutely no room for anyone else to sit out there and relax. There should be some kind of regulations or rules from preventing that from happening .

Location.

The grounds were not well kept. Quite a bit of trash all around the grounds and people not cleaning up after their pets. Also quite a bit of homeless people in the brushy area around the exterior of the grounds and the brush allows for them to stay hidden. Kinda scary when you’re walking a pet alone in the evening or early morning.

Friendly and helpful stuff, convenient location, very good breakfast, reasonable price.

in general - the hotel requires some renovation, you can see this in every detail. Specifically - water pressure ( a second floor ), very slow wifi.

Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is topnotch compared to other hotels in its price range. I travel for work and have tried many hotels in the same vicinity and this is by far the best.

The fire alarm went off at 3AM in the morning.

Well located & spacious. Friendly staff (AMBER) at the Front desk handles every customer in a super cool way, provides perfect information on customer queries. There’s a nice walkway around the pond, one can take a walk during the morning / evenings.

Very friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed, coffee maker and generous fridge in the suite. Easily accessible by car from I-35 and Parmer Ln, complimentary parking available at the hotel.

Facility is a bit dated, A/C was rather loud.

We checked in very late, (after midnight) and the desk help was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He held the door while we brought in gear and brought extra pillows! Super attentive.

Do not have any complaints.

Location and staff are great. Nice shaded pool with tables, lounges, umbrellas and chair for disabled people to enter and leave the pool

Ice machine broke and the refrigerator in my room has an ice maker, but the water line was not hooked up

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were extremely impressed with Amber, at the front desk. She was friendly and very competent. The breakfast was better than most.
