Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, with two queen beds, a handy little kitchenette, and a comfy sofa area to relax in. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy and didn’t have a huge variety, but it was great to have it included. There were scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, pork sausages, and a few hot options that changed daily. The coffee was surprisingly good too! We loved that you could grab coffee and tea from reception anytime during the day, and there was always fresh fruit — apples, oranges, and bananas — available, not just at breakfast but throughout the day. The location was suitable for us as the rest of the family stayed in the Domain.

The room itself could do with a bit of updating though. The beds were way too soft and felt a bit worn out. The sink tap was annoying — it sprayed water everywhere, so we didn’t even bother using it. And the hairdryer was ancient… it actually caught fire while I was drying my hair! Flames started coming out from one of the buttons. Luckily, the receptionist sorted it out straight away when I let them know.

The staff were amazing to interact with, including the housekeeping teams who didn't run & hide when approached with a question. Lots of parking onsite. Very comfortable bed, versatile room with small apartment vibes. Bathroom was quite large & clean. No issues with the shower. Convenient location, just 10 min by car to the LBJ museum or 15m to the Capitol. Walmart around the corner, very handy.

Not much to write here as it is a very nice hotel for the reasonable price. One of the two washing machines in the laundry was unserviceable, but it was reported to the front desk with a refund & new laundry powder. Then put "out of order". The portable safety cameras in the car park are a bit "how you doing" at first, but the area is quite safe.

Good value for this price point. The breakfast had some really good options, such as belgian waffles on the weekend, and real cage free eggs. We enjoyed the exercise room, indoor pool and outdoor seated area. The hotel is handy to a HEB supermarket and shops (walking distance).

The room was very dark as there are no overhead lights in the main area! The cleaning crew had missed an orange on the floor and grated carrot sprayed on the ceiling from the last guests. Otherwise the room seemed clean. Only one elevator works and it is extremely slow - so there was often a queue and a long wait.

I didnt like anything- I LOVED EVERYTHING!! From the moment I walked in the young guy from night shift greeted me with a warm welcome and gave me a complimentary gift bag which made my night because its my birthday month . The room was absolutely top tier. The breakfast was beyond great option wise and they stayed fully stocked. Although I didnt get to try the pool its heated and opens early so you can get in by yourself. They also have a 24 hour gym and all in all I just loved this place. I got signed up for the rewards. Another plus is the comfy beds and myriad lighting locations. I also appreciated being able to stay late without stress or scrutiny. Thank you all for making my stay so great and in return ill be spending 4 days for mt actual birthday week right back with yall and in the future as well! Ses you soon 💙

Everything was great. The staff was especially helpful..

The walls are thin and we could hear people slamming their door and doing things in the next room late at night. Would have preferred a later breakfast time and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast could use some help. The eggs were consistently cold, and they seemed to be running out of things later in the week. Booking.com said that the room deposits were only $40 per room ( we had 2), but it was $80 per room. We also asked for joining rooms, and the hotel said they never received the request. This is not the first time I've had trouble with the site. Booking said that we would have kitchenettes but all we had were the standard microwave, coffeemaker, & frig. Nothing to cook on or with as stated in the description they gave of the hotel.

The property is clean and well-kept, and it is in a quiet location. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few places where you can tell that training is in progress, but it is not off-putting. The breakfast is very good. The staff in that area do a very good job. The rooms are well laid out for a business travel situation.

Often times there are cookies out front, but not this time. They often greet the Bonvoy members but that did not happen. That is likely a training scenario in this case. I asked for a quiet location to be able to work. The FIRST try was next to an elevator. The place was not full that evening. The second attempt was a good match.

Breakfast and cleanliness were the two main features we were exploring in reviews, and were not dissapointed with either! Their breakfast had I believe free range eggs, per label! The place was clean throughout. All staff was courteous and taking care of their area of work - from the front desk to the breakfast personnel, to the maintenance.

Nextdoor was a family with a small child, who was crying late into the evening. We didn't make a complaint, as it eventually stopped, but I hope the hotel considers the placement of their guests. We had an important event the next morning and having a peaceful evening was among the reasons for getting a hotel. Another unexpected thing was a relatively small charge following our stay. When contacting the hotel about it thinking that it was maybe for the key that was not registered as returned (but was returned in a hurry the morning of the checkout), we were told that this is a charge for booking through Booking.com. We wanted to make others aware that that's the case.
