I loved the tall ceilings. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were very beautiful. The clerks were very kind. The clerk I got was new and she did a fantastic job explaining the facilities and rules. Give her a raise. The pool looked very nice but I didn't get to enjoy it. Too busy with family. Would definitely recommend the suite to anyone who stays there. If I visit Pflugerville again, I'll book there again.

The bed was a little too firm for my back. The tub was surprisingly smaller for it being a suite. The breakfast biscuits were a little damp. As someone who's worked as a night audit for a hotel I know the struggle of how hard it is to keep up with all that. So either way your hotel is beautiful and if I ever go through there I'll be staying there again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Since my last visit, they've done significant renovations, and the owner seems committed to improving the property. The hotel is now in perfect condition after the updates. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The best part is the complete transformation of the hotel’s interior, with new furniture and tasteful decor in the rooms. I highly recommend staying here—it's truly an overwhelming improvement!

I had a queen suite for me and my family, 2 comfortable queen bed with good pillows. like the separate mini living room with an extra tv, sofa and bed. pretty decent breakfast, definitely the best for the room pricing among other hotels on the same range I've stayed before

Strong weed smell on the elevator. the pool was not in the best shape, loots of insect all around of it.

Rooms were spacious loved that they had a small living room with extra tv,sink,good size fridge and a microwave I know the hotels a bit old but it's well kept and close to most restaurants( i-hop,chinese restaurant and favouritewas Mexican restaurantwith delicious fajitas,shrimp margarita..doesn't closeuntil 2am),other activities like ice-cream museum and downtown ride to lake and capitol.Also very secure place to park your car.And also loved the room had 2 queen beds always a plus for setting up clothes for next day..and other stuff.Highly recommend will surely come back next time am in Austin.

Room size was great for my family. The staff at check in & out were friendly. I liked the kitchenette as we brought out own food/snacks. Pool nice for a hot day.

I did not like that I noticed a few items from previous occupants were left behind. This means the room was not properly cleaned. Under the TV stand cheese it’s were found. Under the pull out sofa hair accessories. Also no linens for the pull out bed provided & although we listed each family member staying 2 adults 3 children. Only two towels provided & 1 travel size body wash, shampoo & conditioner again for 5 people.
