I love how the Bandera City Park is right across from the motel. The hotel offered a couple of outdoor cowboy inspired games, lounging areas for a campfire or even to star gaze, affordable prices for roomy cabins, the staff was very helpful. The receptionist had an itinerary ready for me and gave me a list of good places to eat and events going on around the town. The cabins are also walking distance from downtown. I highly recommend staying here.

There wasn’t really anything not to like about this property. In general, if it’s your first time going to a river you need to look for E. Coli levels. I didn’t know this but the receptionist was kind enough to let me know 😊

Excellent helpful Lady on Reception. The Motel was quiet ( we visited 'out of season'- February) and the location is perfect for walking into the safe and fun Cowboy Town of Bandera. Would definitely return to this Motel! It was also a well placed location for our visit the Racho Cortez to do some riding. Wish I could have stayed longer in Bandera.

This is just a British thing- we prefer Milk in our coffee instead of chemical powders or pots called "Creamers" but EVERY hotel in the USA seems to prefer creamer. So this venue loses no points for doing this- Im working on getting used to Black Coffee instead for my future US Vacations.

From the moment we parked we knew this place was special, all the cabins were really cute and everything looked really cleaned and organized. We were checked in by Tracy, a really nice lady who had the best attitude ever and a great energy. She gave us a piece of paper with all the activities we could do around town and even recommended a place for my daughter to buy cowboy boots. After we were taught how to get around the town, we walked around and we were able to get to know the most welcoming and beautiful town. The food was absolutely amazing, my daughter was able to but her handmade cowboy boots and we even fed the ducks and the deer. Adding Bandera to our roadtrip was a great decision, we had the best time and we will definitely come back.

Very comfortable room ,with excellent air conditioning. Good location very near some very good restaurants, the antique store across the road was amazing.

The air-conditioning was very good but a little noisy, It's close ( a few hundred metres)to a lively bar ,so Friday and Saturday night are within hearing distance, although we found the music very entertaining and if wasn't so exhausted from travelling would have been over there to join the fun.

This place is just wonderful. If there was a six star rating instead of five, they would deserve it. Such lovely cottages, next to the medina river and park. 211 feet from 11th St Cowboy Bar and the Historic City. The front desk took care of everything, was available round the clock and even brought birthday cake for my wife. It was a blast. We enjoyed every minute in the cottage, at the campfire in front of it and in the lovely friendly shops if Bandera. The Motel comforts families w/o pets best. There ist plenty of space to play and explore. Wild ducks, deers and others are present at the yard. There are firepits, BBQ and cowboy games too. We loved it and made friends with this place.

We loved our stay here. Unique, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the Main Street and just across the road from the Medina River. So nice to sit outside and to see deer and ducks. Bandera was such a good place to visit and it was made extra special by staying here.

Convenient location, with cute well appointed cabins. Each cabin had a fire ring & wood provided. Bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Not a bad thing....but interesting. There were packs of disposable earplugs on the nightstand. I've often wished that I had them & now carry my own. I was there on a Sunday & had no noise problem, but being on the main drag, other times they may be necessary.

It was quirky and very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable and piled with good bedding. The outdoor games and seating were great and they provided fire pits too although we didn’t get to use it.

It lacked a little kitchenette with water which would have been better and whilst we stayed the weather was cold so rugs on the tiled floor would have been good as it was really cold under foot.

the , staff was super friendly and helpful, good communication on arrival. the location was great, we walked to most of our fun. the bed was comfy, and the room was clean. we were by the HI way so i was worried about the road noise, but that was not an issue. the facility had lots of fun from Corn hole toss, horseshoes, fire pits. really nice place to kick back and relax.

location was great. Walkable to 11th street cowboy bar , restaurant , shops . the porch was great and fire pit in front of porch. (did not use due to summer time) cabin was cozy, bathroom shower was spacious , small kitchenette did its job.

no real silverware but had plastic package ones with napkin. the tv turned on but no volume parking is minimal if you have more the one or two vehicles
