Renovation was needed. We loved the Texas theme but it was outdated. The new design is a bit too eclectic for Texas Hill Country but still an improvement. The breakfast/bar area looks SO much better. The rooms are super clean which is HUGE on my requirement list for any hotel. The old phone needs to be replaced as it looks like it's from the 90's. The design of the headboard was a bit too weird, but just my opinion. The longer modern rounded couch was great but it already had a stain on it. Loved the tile in the bathroom which was squeaky clean.

We expected the rate to be lower considering most rooms were empty over New Years. The breakfast setup is awkward with hot food on one side of the room and everything else on the other end of the room. Coffee options were limited with no plain creamer, only French Vanilla.

There was supposed to be breakfast included but when we came down in the morning, 40 minutes before it finished, there was basically nothing left. After a while they have added more but they started from making bacon and other food that takes time to prepare, instead of adding milk, juices, bread etc. Which would take a few minutes. Makes no sense to me. At the end we didn’t eat breakfast there as we didn’t want to waste time waiting for it.

Ignore the bad reviews. Seriously, I’m not a representative and have no affiliation with this place and was expecting the worst but it was perfect and inexpensive. No hassle, no crowd, and mid century modern electric clean decorated rooms. Spacious too.

Not enough food at snack area (add ice cream).

The room was spacious, cozy, and clean. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent. My 11-year old son is a very picky eater, and he loved the breakfast sausage. I saw him pull one out of his pocket he’d wrapped in a napkin to-go. That was a first.

Everyone was so friendly! Brittney was great & the two cleaning ladies were amazing! Sat in the hallway and chit chatted with them for 30 minutes! 🥰 Customer Service is A+++ We will definitely be going back 😎

Very nice accommodations. A newly renovated room. Very clean. Grace at the front desk is a sweetheart. She was very helpful and kind. It was nice to be greeted by such a caring person.

Nothing to complain about

Breakfast was minimal, hot items provided; yogurt, English muffins, etc. all ok.

Prickly Pear Cactus in landscaping. Had to watch that my puppy didn't get any of those cactus needles.

It was a beautiful place. The property, landscaping and pool were very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The staff seemed a little stressed.

The room surprised us. It was great for the price. Large room with a couch and chair. Always nice to have a place to sit besides the bed.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very kind. Brittany and Trey both went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.
