The hotel was clean. It was quiet and we barely heard any other guests. Staff were friendly.

We were there during a busy weekend in College Station, so we paid over $300/night total. For that price, I would expect better service and a better breakfast. Our room was not attended by housekeeping. I asked for fresh towels at least, but was only given a partial set. The breakfast was identical both mornings: sausages, biscuits, waffles, juice, milk, raisin bran, fruit loops, oatmeal packets, apples, donuts. That's not a bad selection, but everything was of low or average quality. Some might like the pillows as they were very full. For us, it was overkill and they were not comfortable.

We were in a king suite. Our room was HUGE. Our bed was really comfortable. Our kids played in the pool. It was clean and had tables for parents. We were there for the USATF Track and Field Nationals that were at A&M. The hotel was super close to the college and all of the food.

Two different nights, we asked 2 different staff that was on duty for items and they couldn't help us the first time we asked for an extra pillow and we were told they were all out of pillows and tried to hand us a pillow from lost and found (GROSS). The next night, we asked for a washcloth and a hand towel. We were handed a bath mat and a hand towel. Very nice young men. Probably new??? It was hard to believe that the hotel was out of pillows and towels. Not a deal breaker though. We would totally stay there again.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as other motels I have stayed in.

My wife and I stayed here one night to visit local Christmas attractions. We have a small child that needed a baby bed which the hotel provided for free. Kelly was the only staff member that I saw other than housekeeping and she went above and beyond especially to be one of the few staff members in the building. She went to several rooms to find us a new and clean baby bed and got us sheets and a comforter to make it more comfortable for our son. I also saw she was helping set out the breakfast the next morning. The time she spent attending to each guests needs while also seeming to do many different jobs is exceptional. Thank you baymont and Kelly for an excellent experience during the holidays!

For the price this is a great place. Good WiFi, HBO and decent breakfast. Convenient location with lots of parking and no freeway noise.

They are clearly in the process of renewing the rooms. Painting in progress and could use new carpets in the hallway. Our first room was a bit musty but they allowed us to change and the new room was great.

Overall clean-staff friendly-parking easy and accessible-location was pretty great-breakfast included

The breakfast wasn’t that great, not terrible but very few options. Only area I feel I could mention for improvement, but I really enjoyed my stay overall Biscuits but no gravy Only pork sausage -I like turkey or chicken personally No English muffins-but they did have bagels

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and when I had questions about wifi access.

The breakfast was on the lower quality side of free hotel breakfasts. They had sausage, biscuits, a couple waffle makers. No juice and milk was in a plastic jugs with spots.

Helpful front desk staff. Good policies regarding incidentals. Parking was free, secure and plentiful. Fitness room and pool were a plus.

Better than average American hotel breakfast compared to equivalent-priced hotels in Europe but nothing special. Need to get a real coffee machine but this is the standard coffee machine in most American hotels.

The property is very clean and up to date. Staff is friendly and was accommodating to me being a night shift travel nurse. The front desk guy went the extra mile for me. I appreciate you for what you did on my last day! This hotel has free parking and complimentary breakfast.

Great place!! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! Breakfast included the typical options. They allowed us late check out which was very helpful since we were in town for a tournament and could come back to the room in between games. If we have another event in the area, we will definitely stay here again!
