Jay Jay was amazing! A great interaction and face to see when you're checking in and tired from traveling. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, nice amenities, good location.

There were a few small fixes that could have been done like spraying kilz in the vents and filling the holes from a previous towel bar. Kilz could help the air quality by killing possible bacteria. There was also a few small stains on a pillow. Since they're white, if they're stained, it's probably best to toss them or use pillow cases.

Very comfortable.. cozy and smelled really good and clean .. garden to sit nice clean pool and breakfast was fresh and variety and wonderful wonderful people Jay Jay at the front desk is the best .. he made sure I got complinteray parking and got me hooked into there fantastic rewards program !! A very great price safe and inviting property .. I will definitely stay here when flying in from Germany ..

I have no complaints at all .. everything was top notch .. they don’t offer room service daily but do offer fresh linens and anything you need 24/7 … a great place at a great place

Great value for price, rooms large and spacious. Stayed on the second floor and couldn’t hear other guests, felt safe the entire time! Did not get up in time for breakfasts so can’t comment on that. Staff were great!! So friendly and helpful. Gym is under construction but wasn’t there to work out. Air con was a bit loud as other reviews mention but hardly noticed!! Great location close to so many good food places. I will def be back to stay next time I am in Dallas.

The customer service was spectacular!! Jay Jay was beyond amazing and made me feel like family. He we t over everything in great detail and his bubbly personality kept me smiling. I appreciate his kindness. Truth be told the way he handles customers (I watched his interaction with another customer while I was waiting), he NEEDS to be a Manager!

The breakfast could use some TLC. Eggs were bland (having options such as cheese or making an omelet is nice)

We enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We could tell they were willing to go beyond their duties to please their guests. We were impressed. For the money we paid, this was a very good deal.

No elevator sign on the first floor of building B. It took us a while to find the elevator since we walked in the building from the lobby.

I stayed at another Residence Inn on my last trip in Oct. 2024 and the let out was infested with Bed Bugs and the room was not as comfortable. My phone didn't work so I couldn't set the wake up call. Breakfast was not worth getting up for unless you wanted coffee. This stay was by far better!! Much improved. No complaints.

Marcus at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Also met one of the cooks named Keisha who was very pleasant and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and where to go. She checked and spoke to us daily to ensure our visit was safe and well. Food and location was excellent. We would definitely be returning!

Have matching dumbbells in the gym. There was no matching equipment.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean.

The only issue in my room was when the air came on it was very loud.

The breakfast was the best that I have had at a hotel in a while. Everything was hot and fresh and nothing seem to be reused from the previous day. It was also so many places to eat and the Improv comedy club was right on the corner in walking distance.

I love the apartment feel that it gave. The quietness and the cleanliness was over the top. Nice pool area as well as nice clean lobby.

The only thing I did not like was the eggs they were nasty…reminded me of my military basic training days
