The room having a mini fridge is always a plus! The outlet on the alarm clock was a so very useful and convenient. I also liked that there was parking by our window so that we can see our car from our own room.

Not a huge negative, but the tv only had select channels and no ability to mirror what’s on my phone. I usually connect the phone to the tv this way and watch tik toks. Other than that, the binders in the room don’t have accurate info about the wifi. I had to ask the front desk only to find it was on the sleeve for my key card how to connect to it.

It was close to the airport. The bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel is clean and is in a nice area.

I chose a hotel close to the airport and at a good price, because I had an overnight flight. The person at the reception was really nice and polite. Even if the hotel was clean and was nice, I would highly recommend giving a fresher look at the inside facilities, painting, rugs, investing in new bedspreads, sheets. My bedspread had a hole, the furniture at the lobby had old and worn material. Changing these details would give the hotel a better position. The hotel has all the potential to do it. The breakfast area is nice, but the same, I recommend other colors, painting, a fresher look, and adding perhaps some fruits, other choices of healthy food, juice, breads etc. All that I'm saying is to help you to improve.

Staff were nice, welcoming, and pleasant. Not too noisy

I thought the pool looked suspect. Caution to swimming....Light bulbs were out in my room and the phone did not work. If I were staying longer than a 6/8 hour sleep, the rating may have been lowered. The question was " How did the accomodations work for me?" If needed a one night, rest my eyes/ head,, wash,, and get up sign out. Hence, for me, it was GOOD. So my rating is Good. ( I will say, the management could invest in new curtains) It's really clean, however, appears slightly raggedity

The location was great, staff was friendly enough, bed was comfy, and the WiFi was fast and free. Also, the pool was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was lacking. No actual food, no eggs, just processed trash. The half&half they had containted like 12 "ingredients" when there should be just 2; milk and cream. The TV in the room was quite small and out of date, had a grainy picture.

We checked in late evening and I had reservations. When I went to check in I found out I had misread the online site and reserve a smoking room on the 3rd floor. My wife is handicapped and I had requested a room on the 1st floor. The front desk clerk Raj went out of his way and got my room changed to a handicapped room on the 1st floor close to the front door. THANKS RAJ for going out of your way and providing exceptional customer service.

We had no complaints, weekend went smooth.

The hotel was very clean and nicely laid-out! The wifi was strong as well! I stayed at this location for Weebcon 2023 and it was only around 8-10 minutes away, as well as very close to not only several restaurants and fast food joints, but also Starbucks and Office Depot! Perfect for a cosplayer/vendor who may need a little extra help before the convention! The staff was lovely and accommodating!

The only downside was that the lobby was under renovation when I was there, but that’s all that disappointed me (because the dust kept setting off my asthma).

I like the fact that they answered the phone & helped me by giving me an iron to straighten my clothes for a very important interview with American Airlines …. My First hotel choice didn’t have an airport shuttle and was stuck at the airport for 3 hours…. I called and management took care of me personally from booking to transport and even made sure I was ready for my day with breakfast and transportation back …, i would book again & ℹ loved the smoking section

The best, beautiful, clean, sparkling blue outdoor pool I’ve ever seen. So nice. So awesome to swim in. Plenty of towels/washcloths for our family of 5.

The hallways were warm. However, the rooms were nice and cool. Breakfast was lacking any protein. Only Texas Waffles and cereal. Small yogurt cups. Very strong coffee.

Location is close to the airport and for getting around Fortworth. Rooms are just fine and large enough with comfortable beds. Good value for what we paid

The place, shuttle, breakfast, drivers ,the dtaff overall was very accomodating. I have looked at other places many times and i was so glad to have booked this place. The manager was understanding. I would highly recommend this place or God willing i would be able to stay here again.

I have read so many complaints but i am.happu i didnt listen to it. But instead experienced the wonderful staffs customer servives . The place is clean and everything i read is opposite . For people out there, dont believe the negative comments. We were all glad we found this place.
