The rooms were very nice & check in staff was helpful because we booked online it wasn’t 300 but when we paid it was 591 so staff was great taking care of that problem in a professional manner

The kitchen staff was so very rude Sat morning she had to be mad before she got to work because she had a very bad attitude, cleaning well in the way while we fixing breakfast. She even took this white lady waffles off iron with her hand, & the lady was pissed & put in trash. Maybe because she had to bring her lil girl or grand daughter to work with her but she definitely woke up on wrong side of bed. We went to Waffle House the next morning to avoid her

Breakfast was good: excellent coffee, several food choices, well staffed, clean and well organized. Our room was very nice - great bathroom, having a kitchen was a plus. The layout of the room was convenient and comfortable.

Our only complaint is the lack of floor insulation. You could hear the people walking in the room above - loud clomping. Loud enough to wake you in the morning. Padding the carpet would have helped.

Nice hotel and vey clean room was spacious. Location was great and near every place we need to go. Liked that it had places to eat and a Walmart near.

Breakfast could have been better. There were two bus loads of travelers and they couldn't meet the high number of people and keep everything stocked.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable bed and high quality bedsheets ! Easy to sleep all day ! Plus there’s no noise

My tv wasn’t working! Staffs tried to fix it but they couldn’t! They offered me another room but I was already settled I didn’t want to move my stuffs over again

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were setup well to have a newborn in a pack n play!

I wish the bed wasn’t right next to the air conditioner.

I didn't like the smell of weed in the lobby on the first night I was there. It really was very strong.

The staff was nice, check in was super easy and fast. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The hotel was very clean. My refrigerator wasn’t working when we first checked in but they fixed it very quickly.

Clean quiet and comfortable. Off on it’s own so no loitering by people outside. Clean and great shower.

The couch was a little uncomfortable.
