I was able to get a good nights rest most of the night. I actually enjoyed my stay overall. Their prices are budget friendly, the room was clean and did not smell like cigarette smoke or weed smoke. There was no bedbugs or roaches. There was hot water unlike another property that I booked where I had to take a cold shower and sleep in my car which is where I am as I am typing this review wishing that I just extended my stay another night instead of booking somewhere else because it was $10 cheaper. Yes you get what you pay for.

Being woke up by two prostitutes knocking on my door at 2 AM. The building exterior and pool needs to makeover. It looks like it’s in progress because there have been some upgrades to the room so I guess they just haven’t gotten to it yet.

Location to everywhere I need to go.

For 2nd year in a row, the pool was not open even when I inquired in advance. This time, not only was the pool drained, it will be removed. The major reason I booked here was for the pool. When I mention this, the only response was I can check out and go somewhere else. I love the place over all, but will never stay here again.

Super easy access to I-69. Food and shopping nearby. The clerk was very nice. The price was great but the most important factor for me was how decently clean the room was. Normally for the rate paid, you’d expect a room you’d call dumpy or dingy. I’ve def had my share of nightmare hotels for rates comparable to this so this is an absolute YES for referring and returning.

A bit run down externally. Could use fresh paint and a little love. Presentation is 70% of the grade, but never judge a book by its cover, I guess.
