It was decent. Staff is real friendly and helpful. Everythime we stay at this hotel we have to go back down to first floor and ask for wash cloths. They don't know what a wash cloth is. So it takes a while to get over to them what I want. So this time I just took my own wash cloths. The toilet seat was broken, not aware if they knew about it. My major complaint is the window. They have two shades which keep the light out but on each side and at the bottom of the window light shines through. Once I fall asleep I am not bothered but falling asleep takes awhile. The location is great. There is not much traffic . Parking is the best. It could stand a better cleaning. All in all it is decent. I probably will return. My husband likes to stay where they have morning breakfast. This hotel does have a breakfast but not my kind. I take boiled eggs as my breakfast.

Most everything went well. It was quiet, easy access to the hotel, access to internet, good television programs, the staff was attentive and friendly. The bed was comfortable and temperature was good.

Breakfast was not available. There was some work going on in the dining room. There were no wash cloths so I had to go ask for some. Before when we stayed at the same hotel I had to go ask for towels (I let the staff know that too). The rooms were not well cleaned, ie night stands were dusty and dirty, bathroom sink faucets were all gunked up, floors looked as though they had not been cleaned. There was light from outside shining on the sides of the window.

Quiet, comfortable hotel near Riesel, which was important for us during this trip! The price of the room was good too!

There were construction workers at the hotel, so they cleaned out the breakfast foods before we had a chance to get down for breakfast.

This hotel is fast check in and the rooms are adequate neat and the parking area is outstanding with been well maintained and all the areas are lighted up

I arrived late in the evening due to my drive time and schedule. Staff were kind helpful and efficient. Thankful for 24 hr staff.

I arrived at breakfast towards the end but the staff could have been more attentive to this area. All tables were dirty as were the counter from ppl spilling.

there was nothing to not like about it,almost felt like home so peaceful,everyone there basically was ther to work n Waco or surrounding area

Close to the hwy,easy to pull up in parking lot.manager was very nice. My room wasn't clean when arrived, manager gave us another room .he has had problems with help.

We booked a King size room but didnt receive that on this visit and there were no other rooms available. Also there wasn’t a mini fridge that was to be included but the staff was able to accommodate a fix because of medications which was much appreciated. 😊
