Facilities were clean, staff was okay no complains. I like the fact that Police was around late at night and early in the morning, meaning Safe for me. No breakfast was included, with the price paid, should be good to have fresh coffee at least. Nice place, Safe, easy access, close to the Border-Pass. I would recommend this hotel

Include Breakfast!! Have Drinking water available for guests. Have Bilingual Personnel, not a big deal in that side of Texas but always good

The location is south of the airport close to where we were visiting, so it worked out great. The room's look is modern, is spacious, and was very clean. A clean room meaning other hotels have carpet that gets dirty and can have pet hair, while this hotel room has tile flooring that appears is kept clean. The place was quiet during our stay, so we slept well. We stayed there during the week. WiFi was available at no extra charge when we were there. There is also food and fuel businesses nearby, so that was not an issue when needed.

The hotel does not have continental breakfast, at least during our stay there was not. However, this was not an issue for us because the room was equipped with a small fridge and microwave, which was nice since we had fruits, cereals, and snacks with us during our stay.

Convenient location for a short trip, it can work as accommodation for visitors to the shopping and commercial areas nearby, as well as for visitors going south of the border who are looking for a place to have a moment of relaxation between the travel days.

My room was VERY clean. The room is simple, but it serves it’s purpose and it’s also very big! it was also a huge help that the hotel allows pets for a small fee. Great location, close to the mall, lots of dining and downtown McAllen. The bed was very comfortable and staff was great.

We liked the last minute availability, location was ideal, their prices are amazing, they understood and allowed us to park nearby with all of our belongings close by. We had a trailer with us.

well the jacuzzi tub did not work and we stayed 2 days it was disappointing spend extra money for just that reason for the tub and didn’t work 😞
