The location and the property is pretty.

I picked that location because it was close to my work and Houston was having a “weather” event. Snow to be exact. I was not informed until I was fully checked in that the property does not have a back up generator, and if the power goes out there’s nothing they can do. I wish I would have know that, I would have booked somewhere else. The carpet in the room is old and worn and it had broken tiles.

The bed were comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. Break fast was great.

The first room we got had a roach in it but the staff corrected the issue by giving us a better room in another wing of the hotel on the third floor as well as crediting us points towards a free night.

The rooms were cleaned to my wife's liking; she can be very particular. I appreciated them letting us look at the room before checking in.Upon inspection of the mattresses and surrounding areas, there were no bed bugs, roaches, or any other insect. My wife is always concerned about bugs, so she checks every crevice. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. The helpdesk staff were friendly and quick to help with anything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good and the bed was super comfy.

There was a strong odor in the room. I’m not sure if it was the carpet but it gave the feel that the room was not cleaned well. The bathroom sink was clogged but not a big deal. I let the desk know on checkout and they addressed it right away.

Just a one- night stay, so didn't have time to fully experience the site but what we had was good and certainly better than the less than positive reviews I'd read. The room was clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism I have is that the water pressure was very low.

It wasn’t too far from Hobby airport, had multiple food options nearby, and a Walmart in case anything was forgotten. We found a running path just down the street that was nice. Breakfast had many good options. Coffee available all day. Room was comfortable.

Could use a little updating.

The breakfast was nice. I didn't have to go out and buy extra breakfast after eating breakfast there. They had plenty of choices, and overall the setup as well as the breakfast was very nice.

I didn't stay there long enough to see anything I didn't like. It was very clean and the location was great for the event I attended. Great job the way I see it.

Staff was friendly and facility was generally clean. Room shower mat needed to be replaced. No TV directory. Location was quiet. Free breakfast okay except for eggs and breakfast meats which were barely edible.

The breakfast was a huge surprise. Sausage bacon omelets hard boiled eggs cereals milk in cartons breads bagels the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten pancakes toast juices and hot coffee. Very clean and attentive!!!

There was a lot of help and kindness from the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were always available to answer our questions and even gave us some tips on the best places to visit. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated
