Breakfast was okay. The room was clean.

There were no Kleenex in the room. The fridge didn't see to be cold. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning with someone signing at the top of their lungs. The staff was just not very friendly for check in & check out. The person I spoke with over the phone was extremely pleasant. This was a trip for a funeral, it wasn't a pleasure trip.

smelled so good everytime we walked in hotel as well as in our room.. super clean and welcoming . Loved the fact we can have our fur babies with us and the fee was super reasonable. my go to stop when i go to houston .

only thing is i could not get the ac to freeze me lol but thats just me with my hot flashes. but over all nothing else oh elevator slow..lol

Didn’t stay for breakfast. I like the location being off the freeway. Much quieter location. Bonus it was not near the water treatment plant on Shadow Creek Parkway

I would like to be asked if I mind an adjoining room Traveling alone I don’t like that door being there.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Received a warm greeting all the time.

The closet door did not close. It took a while for the shower water to be warm. I was up on the 3rd floor. The curtains did not look great.

Cleanliness, so fresh, smelling throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good, both pools and pool areas were very clean. Great quiet location , but it's close to restaurants and shopping . The receptionists were so polite and very helpful.

I thought the breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and hot coffee was very nice. Also had the waffles eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The fruit was very nice refilled in a timely manner with smiles, and happy to serve. Staff was amazing.

I stayed an extra day because I was having such a great time it was business and I had my family spend time in Galveston. The staff make sure they were comfortable while I was in meetings could not have been better.

The room was much larger than I expected, and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good.

While the room smelled fresh and clean, there was a funky smell in the hallway. The room showed signs of age and wear, such as frayed carpet at the entryway. I went down to get coffee about 4:00 in the morning and a young lady was putting out breakfast. I went back down a little closer to 5:00 and got some eggs and sausage because I was starving. The young lady gave me a hard time because breakfast wasn't until 6:00. Since the food was already out, I didn't think it was necessary to accost a guest about eating early. I think retraining on customer service might be helpful, otherwise don't put out breakfast 2 hours before breakfast time.

Size of the room was okay, it was clean, the lady at the front desk was real friendly when I checked in at 3:00 p.m.

The mini fridge didn't work, and I had to keep adjusting the air conditioner, but other than that everything was okay

The location was great. So many shopping and food options nearby

The back entrance to the property, that was supposed to be locked and only accessible with a room key, was broken.

I've been coming to Pearland for six years and this is the only place that I stay.

The hot water went out And for breakfast the bagels had mold on it
