Room was very clean, had everything needed and some I hadn't thought of (dishwasher, plates, cutlery)

Bed was uncomfortable, lumpy.

I stay here often, the breakfast has went down. The keep up was not kept well. They couldn’t keep up with the cleaning nor the replacement of the complementary breakfast. I notice the towels were Not clean/ / white like normal. The rooms nice but need upgrades. Location is nice. It’s nice & clean when you walk-in, Stafff at front desk is always friendly when entering.

loved the room, cleanliness, NO WEIRD OR SMOKY SMELLS!! spacious and especially liked the curtain between the couch and beds. Exceptional beds and just overall the room temp was perfect and we slept great!

Would have liked the breakfast to have been open a little later because we got in so late that we are trying to get some solid sleep before we had to take off again. We were able to sneak an egg on a napkin before it was shut down, barely! It was delicious!! I hate we were so rushed and so late getting down there! staff was kind

Modern look and exterior was clean. Also there was a pool and daily included breakfast

It would be nice to have bacon or scrambled eggs on the menu in addition to the waffles

Staff was friendly & rooms were very clean, comfortable beds & liked it had sofa & the fridge was a bigger size & had a table to eat.

Didn’t like it was not close to restaurants & mostly just frontage roads & woods.

The room was pristine, and quiet. Check in was quick and effortless

The check out was very very confusing at the front counter with the staff person. After My reservation was made I received a text stating that my reservation was charged on May 30th for my/our June 2nd arrival. So I'm not sure wht the front desk told me that I had no record of payment. When infection I had a Text confirmation receipt!!

The only complaint would have to be the bed. It appears that thought went into everything else besides the comfort of the mattress.

This is our second stay at a Home2 property and as a family of 5, they are perfect for us. Love the huge room length counter space for everyone’s things and the very comfy beds and linens. The couch can be separated by a curtain which is nice. Very spacious bathroom, a real fridge and freezer and dishes. Substantial hot breakfast offering, not just pastries. Good location between Minute Maid and Galveston.

The ceiling/floors seemed thinner at this location, so if you are a light sleeper that may bother you. I could hear when someone was just walking above us. They have Neutrogena shampoo (smells bad) and shower gel dispensers, but no conditioner which was unfortunate.
