The staff were amazing - friendly. The facility was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable.

There was a fire in the laundry room and the fire alarm on the 4th floor only beeped once and did not continuously. There were no flashing lights or sounds to alert that an evacuation was needed. The staff did not go door to door, call the rooms or even send a text to alert us. I got a text upon check in to make sure everything was okay, but they couldn't send a text about safely evacuating the facility. I only found out because I had a family member staying on a different floor that called us and alerted us to evacuate. The fire department was on the scene before we even knew that there was a problem.

Comfotable beds, size of the room, restaurant service, nice lobby.

I got to the hotel DEcember 22nd, and that day until 27th, nobody cleaned my room, although I requested since DEc 25th night till DEc 26th night. I had lots of garbage. The people who are in charge at the front desk did nothing, except that I could get fresh towels in that period of time. Another point is that cleaning people DO NOT know how to vaccum a rug. Every tiem, even when we arrived and when they finally cleanes my room, one could find a lot of fluff and tiny things at the entrance of my room and many others. We had 3 rooms form DEc 22th -jan 1st.

It cost for the breakfast that is almost the same as continental style breakfast, but the staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. Property is dated, and one of the elevators was broken and you would have longer wait times.

Customer service was epic, especially Stephanie assisting me when an issue with the printer in the business center. She remained calm and patient and had an immediate solution to resolve the problem.

Hotel room bathroom tub needs a little tender loving care. Bathroom tub was peeling so I put towel in tub when showering. Know other issues experienced.

The property was set very well. Lounge are was abundant and plentiful. Breakfast was nice and the had a dinner menu which was great when we were tired and just wanted to go back to our hotel. They serve wine and beer which was a great addition too

Location, close to our venue that we had that weekend. Clean, safe lighting on property, and staff.

That the restaurant was not fully operational! Bar & grill was not operational the first night! But was notified! Also water in room was not complementary!

I picked this hotel for the location which was a 3 minute drive from my destination. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn, with restaurant and conference center. It's a nice facility. Bed was comfortable.

I paid extra for the high speed internet, but it was spotty. It dropped out several times. Internet is important to me when traveling for planning purposes.

Good location, good dinner, good drinks, very good staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

No exhaust in bathroom! No freezer compartment in fridge. No complimentary water. Not sure why my bill is 4$ more than it was supposed to be.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were always good and the facilities (I used the laundry and pool) were great as well!

The washer and dryer left a bit of an odor. The carpet was a little sticky when walking barefoot.
