This property was phenomenal! Staff were all attentive, courteous and welcoming. Extra added feature Breakfast. Our Servers were friendly, inviting, cheerful and helpful - Starbucks to the rescue! The room was fully equipped but we didn’t expect it to have a sofa shaped like a seashell, rolling ottoman for two and a rolling table that is the size of a dinner table so my husband and I could eat together comfortably. The ambiance and lighting were just what we needed after long tiring days (5). The bed was a little soft but relaxing. Let’s not forget this location is next to one of Pearland’s Malls (Macy’s, Dillards, Bath and Body Works, The Children’s Place, H&M, Ice Cream Shop and other specialty shops too). Trust that you nor your family will be disappointed and will return to this Courtyard; without a doubt!

They ran out of sausage, but they had bacon - although I prefer sausage - the breakfast was very good!

House keeping. They were super helpful and were there all morning in the aisle if you need anything.

Just some people were loud at 2 am. I think the hotel staff should make sure people are not slamming the door at 2am . I understand it can happen people might come and go but the guests next to us were very noisy in the night time.

I like that you had to use your key to get in and out it made us feel safe. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady made sure we had extra blankets and towels she was super nice and helpful

When we got there nobody was at the desk to check us in it took them 15 minutes to come the front desk and the place to eat said they close at 10 pm but when we went to order something they told us it was closed

It was the first hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time that did not provide at least one complimentary water bottle….and there was not a drink dispenser next to the ice machine where you could purchase water. Being a solo female traveler and the reception area being on the second floor made dealing with luggage difficult after parking my car.

What's not to like? The location is perfect for when I visit Houston...everything (food, shopping, etc) is nearby! The staff excels at making visitors feel welcome and at home. The food is excellent...no need to go out for meals. My room and the entire hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great stay and will surely stay again!

I did not find anything that I didn't like at this hotel.

Its the perfect location when the Otaku Food Festival host their event at the Pearl Town Center. The pool is kept up and cleaned. The receptionist have great communication and very friendly. Our room was vary spacious with comfortable bed.

We were there for 2 days. Nothing to dislike at that moment.

Convenient location.

AC would make a clicking noise in the middle of the night, there are no USB ports to plug the phones/accessories into and the walls are thin so I could hear everything, from other people conversations to their morning alarms in the rooms on either side to me.

I brought my own instant coffee and water. They have a microwave and small fridge. I did not use the coffee pot in room.

There was no cell phone plug in like most hotels have by the bed only normal socket which I don’t have so that was bummer

It was clean and staff was friendly.

The front desk clerk shared our key with a stranger and the lady walked into our room while we were laying down watching tv. She was shocked herself and she apologized. Anything could have happened if we were not there and we could have had our things stolen by a careless mistake the clerk made.

Quiet area with easy access to shops and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Big room with 2 big queen beds.
