The entire experience was very pleasant. Did not get the name of the girl at the front, but she was exceptional. Curtious,, kind, and just always greeted you as you left and entered the building. Her smile was contagious. She went the extra to make sure you felt welcomed.

Property was clean and well lit so we felt safe.

The fire alarm went off at around 2 am and everyone had to evacuate. not too much of a bother since we were still up at the time but most other people were outside in their pajamas. Also, the keys for the rooms kept deactivating so we had to go downstairs multiple times to get the keys reset. We were then told that for some reason, any type of metal easily messes up the card configuration (the chip on any debit/credit card could cause this) which was a bit inconvenient since naturally, a card goes into my wallet.

From check in to checkout was great. Breakfast was a hit for my family. Comfortable bed, great location. Also I'm greatful they called me to let us know the elevator was down. Thank you.

Didn't like that we only spent one night.

Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and our stay was extremely comfortable. My husband said they had the best continental breakfast he has had here in the us. We were on the first floor and were offered to change it upon check-in but it was actually pretty amazing to have a room right next to breakfast. It was also very quiet in the room. There are a lot of u-turns to get back to the hotel. :D

Location was convenient for my purposes. Breakfast was okay.

Room was close to stair exit. Every time someone used it, door would slam shut... especially annoying when I was trying to sleep.

Breakfast was good. Thanks for free continental. Good coffee as well. Bombshell restaurant was conveniently adjacent property.

There was a light that flickered all night outside our window at the time that even thru closed curtain we dealt with but not too bad.

The property’s location was good. The staff was amazing !

The beds were a little uncomfortable, the sheets should have been changed instead of just remaking the bed with old sheets !

the elevator is outdated and the area looks horrible… they can knock off the wall and update the area. otherwise, everything else was superb
