Been traveling interstate since 12/24/23. I've stayed at many hotels. The front desk staff gets 10 stars! When I walked in, Manager Niobie was on the phone with a customer staying in the hotel, Niobie was monitoring the security monitor and dealing with another customer staying at the hotel regarding towels. I was blown away with how easy Niobie made it seem. Her level of patience and professionalism exceeded the standard hotel manager. While Niobie was putting out those fires, MarQuel was manning the other computer. In spite of all of this, Niobie would often look over her shoulder to see if MarQuel needed help. MarQuel would often look over in case Niobie needed anything. They make a great team. The tenant with the towel issue was resolved. As soon as Niobie finished on the phone, another tenant was calling, while another was waiting to speak to her (Niobie) in the lobby. They deserve a raise. It is my hope that their employers recognize how fantastic this team is. I check in with my own cleaning supplies.The room was okay. I was looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing. I could not due to the roaches. The roaches were crawling into the room from behind the wall. To avoid them crawling into my things, I placed all of my belongings in the shower and didn't feel comfortable. I saw Niobie in the corridor around 10pm and told her. She immediately responded by saying, "I'll have the room exterminated tomorrow." I asked if I could mop the floor. Niobie arranged for me to get a bucket, mop and cleaner. Using pine, I mopped the floor hoping that would work. Roaches checked in with other customers and never checked out. Roaches are living there free of charge. Roaches were bought in from someone's home. The only thing management can do is exterminate. I stayed up and couldn't sleep spraying the roaches with Lysol and Pine.

Clean rooms, very comfortable for me and my family! Close to the event we attended, friendly staff members!

They charge your card 2x... Both of the transactions were pending and I did get my money back today (Monday) for the extra charge. But luckily I had extra money because they don't tell u and I didn't realize until I looked at my acct and noticed it.

It was a great location to be at and around a lot of places and easy to get to were we were going.

The only thing we didn't like is that they didn't offer free breakfast buffet

The breakfast was basic, the pool looked dirty and the tv wasnt up to date( no netflix or youtube)

It was a nice big room with a shower and a fridge and tv. All set up pretty nicely it was also stocked with silverware and dishes. Having ice cube trays in the freezer was also a small detail that made it better.

To be fair, I had booked the hotel under two different names, two different guests names for two different, and the staff made it a bit of a struggle to check in. Apparently showing them an email and confirmation of the reservation was not enough and we had to wait a good while to finally go in. Another thing that made it lackluster was the absence of toiletries in the shower such as complementary shampoo conditioner and soap or body wash. I almost forgot that there was a weird squeaking noise and closing of doors were loud the door in our room was also messed up and kept making noise all night

The chairs in the room are so old and peeling off. Can they be replaced? They make the room looks cheap and unwelcoming

The facilities in this hotel are very good. The location was also very good as i could ride on the Metro bus with ease
