The staff was vert friendly and informative. Anytime I asked for something they helped with no hesitation. This was my first stay alone so it was nerve wrecking, but this made all the difference.

As soon as opened the door to our room there was a odor it was kind of musty, I used my own spray so it was okay I always have a lysol on hand, I also think the rooms could have been cleaner.

My friends and I felt comfortable at this hotel! The area seems to be safe and there are plenty of stores nearby. It has that new feel to it. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! The mirrors in the bathroom were so useful for getting ready because they have the halo light effect. Hotel locks at a certain time at night and you can't get in without a key which I liked. Everything was clean and neat. Houston is big however, we got to our destinations pretty quickly with Uber. Downtown doesn't seem very far, neither the galleria. Would highly recommend. 😊

The location was fine for where we intended to go as part of our stay. The beds were comfortable and we did sleep well overall. The breakfast was okay and the kitchen area was kept clean.

The hallway from the elevators to the bedrooms has a very stale smell. I think adding a sofa and a chair should be standard and more should be involved in a suite. The furniture was quite outdated and didn’t seem as clean as what was in the photos. It would have been nice to have a tub along with a shower in the suite. I think folks with kids should be informed about the running and jumping and how that can be a huge disturbance to the guests below them.

I thought I would have a problem, as I booked two queens, but as a special request asked for a room downstairs (as I am mildly disabled). The hotel got back to me promptly and said they could accommodate my request but only with a King bed (vs the 2 Queens i requested). I emailed and called to let them know i needed to two queens and definitely not 1 king. Hotel staff was understanding and patient (I was, unfortunately, terse with her, but she handled it like a pro!). She made sure the hotel was aware of my request for the two beds. The hotel, again, promptly emailed me back letting me know that they would have the 2 queens for my party. Their responses were quick and most definitely professional! As was the front desk clerk I spoke to on the phone. We didn't get in until after 9, but the front desk clerk at that time was very helpful and also very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were a little on the softer side, which was nice after a long drive. The location was excellent. Near many restaurants and the grocery store we needed. Check in and out was a breeze and the price was reasonable for the quality of the room (which was excellent). Will definitely stay again and recommend to all!

There wasn't anything I really disliked except, maybe, the initial confusion over the bed situation, but that was also partly my own fault and it was handled well with a good resolution.

Breakfast was great, they offer a good variety for people. Beds are really clean and the rooms were neat and organized.

-The room was clean -The stuff was so polite and helpful -It has a nice location near to city center -They serve coffee and tea 24 / 7, all you need to do is pick what you like from the dining room - Breakfast included in the price - facilities was clean - Wifi connection was good - At night they have special security stays at the parking area, so if you have a car you would feel safe about it

- The sun shed in my room was broke but if didn’t bothered me, so I didn’t ask for room replacement

The hotel is near Houston downtown, easily accessible by car or taxi. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the hotel it self and rooms are very clean! It’s a very value for money choice!! Also very spacious and comfortable rooms!

The only thing that I felt that needs improvement are to do some RT ing with the ceilings or floors, as you can hear people walking or running from upstairs. Other than that, everything was great!

The breakfast was really good, the pool was a little small but was nice to take a dip with some sun shine, room was clean and restroom was nice and roomy.

The hallways were a bit stagnet, felt like the air wasn't kicking hard enough to cool the hallway, the view from our window looking at I-10 was a little sore for eye sight and them having ear plugs to wear at night from the highway noise was a little extra.

Hurricane Beryl passed during my stay and I felt very safe. The power never went out. Location was excellent for work and shopping. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful

Had a cockroach in my room. The property entrance gate was closed and the exit gate functions as both entrance and exit which is a bit dangerous as this is located on the hiway and Uber drivers have a hard time finding it and some of them passed it

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good. Had a wide range of items for breakfast. I was very impressed and it was free.

I don't have any complaints.
