The concierge and valet attendants seemed not really motivated in doing their jobs. When approached with our vehicle and requested cart, I had to load myself and then was asked to return it to the bottom floor when done with it. I would have expected them to assist with loading and taking to room and ensuring cart was returned by them, tip was available. When we got in inside the concierge (1 lady and 1 gentlemen) were giggling with another patron who appeared to be already checked in, while my wife and I (tired from a 4 hour drive) stood by onlooking, waiting until they were done conversing to be helped. Overall Stay would’ve been better please lol into improving these areas.

Location was perfect, right across the Galleria. There was a parking lot right next to the hotel for a reasonable price, 12 hours for $10, but over that it was $27. Staff was very kind and courteous. The hotel is nice and modern, looks updated. The lobby was nice and had some patrons in bar. Infused Water was offered. It even had some tables and chairs to eat which was very gracious.

Elevators were a bit slow, Rooms were too small and needed more light to my personal taste. One of the beds was right next to the wall, which was not exactly what we expected.

The hotel is very modern, stylish. The rooms are minimal design, but clean and beautiful. The breakfast lady manager "Juliette' is simply adorable. A great asset to the hotel. In general all service staff was friendly, unlike the check-in staff.

The check-in staff was just OK. We had to remind them of our breakfast included reservation. So basically they do their jobs correctly, but NO extra mile, as the warm-hearted and kind Juliette from breakfast.

Beautiful hotel....comfortable hotel....Restaurant in hotel was nice and staff was excellent! I don't like high rise hotels and asked to not be too high but I might have asked too late. We were on the 12th floor!

We drove and there was not enough signage to let me know where to turn in, where to park and where to exit! Luckily, a staff member saw us driving around and came to our car to tell us where we were able to park our car. If it wasn't for him, we would not have known where the heck to park!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. We felt so comfortable and appreciated there. I would most definitely stay over and over. Oh the pool and lounge area was our favourite apot. We actually chose often to cancel any Pam s we had and we chose to spend entire days just at the hotel. Loved it.

I do think that the menu and food are amazing but I would suggest to maybe have non gourmet items as well. Like a basic cheeseburger and fries type of thing. We aren't very much into the gourmet menus and had to order in or go out each night. Also a vending machine with sodas and other options would be great.

Things I liked: 1) Friendly and accommodating staff all around; 2) Excellent location about 3 mins walk away from the Galleria Mall where you can basically find everything; 3) Lovely facilities - didn't use the gym or the pool but they were nice to look at lol; 4) Affordable food and drink options at the cafe; and 5) The sense of security and calm that comes with a Hyatt.

I didn't like: 1) The noise of the AC during the day was thunderous for some reason. It quieted out during the nighttime I think.

The breakfast was delicious and there was many different options available! Love the location of the hotel. Also, the staff was pleasant and always willing to ask questions. This is my 2nd stay here and will definitely recommend to others when traveling to Houston.

I didn’t have any complaints. Maybe a few more lights in the room.

The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was Hind’s exceptional customer service that truly set this establishment apart. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to this hotel a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Hind.

Friendly staff so want to shout out Heaven and also Glenyss/ Gladyss. The room was clean etc.

I didnt have full tea facilities and be warned that booking.com said the breakfast was included when it wasn't so make sure thats clear from the start.

Location and staff flexibility during hurricane event

The new valet supplier. More than 50 % of the advanced requests were not met due to high volume of requests but when I came down there were almost no cars in the lot.
