Hotel was in great location. Room setup was nice and overall the hotel was really clean.

Only problem we had was the hot water never got hot, only lukewarm. The sheets had what appeared to be blood on them.

Everything was ok. Very nice staff. Large parking. Good location.

Both the room and bathroom were a bit wear and tear, not that fresh, didn't feel super-clean or new. The breakfast was too simple and boring.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early due to an early flight and was able to check out later due to a late flight home after staying 4 days/3 nights.

I liked the simple fact that my room was clean and looked like something that I never stayed in before. We feel comfortable knowing when we return with our son we will be safe and our room will be more than clean enough for him to play in. I booked to return in a few days. In September I booked your hotel in Dallas and planning on returning back to your Pearland location in October. This experience has left an everlasting impression on me and I refuse to book elsewhere.

Check in time at 3pm. Wish it can be a little sooner so I don’t have to kill time waiting until then. Luckily I didn’t have to wait this time but I’m unsure for the future stays.

The property was clean , the staff was friendly and breakfast was great and promptly ready at 6:30.

If I had to pick something, the breakfast biscuits were cold. BUT, the lady heated mine up - thank you!

The staff, especially Shannon and Elizabeth, were fantastic - again. We really like staying here.

There was only one negative and that was the AC in the room had a high pitch sound when it kicked on - perhaps a ball bearing needs to be replaced.

Great food. Wish had more vegan or vegetarian friendly food options specifically for breakfast. I loved the staff for being very friendly.

the breakfast was very good. We stayed at a different hotel name recently and were extremely disappointed in the breakfast so we were a little apprehensive but we were very pleasantly surprised. The bacon was delicious as was everything and the white staff was very pleasant and efficient helpful etc.

The coffee cup lids did not fit snuggly on the cups. The lady ahead of us picked up her cup and the coffee spilled out all over her hand counter and floor. When I stacked my husbands cup on top of mine to open the room door the lid popped off and I almost dropped both of them also. Other than that everything was wonderful

The breakfast was perfect, and the staff made sure you had everything you needed.

Could have had a later pool time during the summer
