The rooms were like living in your own little house. Actually a very nice facility. very close to downtown Port Isabel, and South Padre Island.

there was nothing that we didn’t like. The only issue I found which is nitpicking, is one of the ceiling fans did not have its pull string attached to adjust the speed of the fan. Like I said nitpicking.

Close to pretty much everything, the kitchen made our stay easy on the nights we didn’t want to eat out, was able to make breakfast in the mornings. There is a washer and dryer on site. the pool is nice.

Loved the kitchen and couch space. I thought we would be cooking but we wound up not cooking, but it was great to have had the option! Bed was super comfortable, shower worked excellent, and the pool was perfect!

Very little, this was a 10/10 for me personally.

Liked the location and all the amenities close by, pool was clean and lit up for night swimming fun. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Kitchen cabinets were a little dated but not a deal killer. Some furniture was a little dated but not a deal killer.

Location was everything because everything you need is within a half mile. Staff was always available & helpful. Rooms were spacious. Stayed the winter & have booked for next winter. Made other Winter Tx's friends here.

Beds were firm, but I had already read that so I brought my memory foam. This place is not fancy, but it met our needs perfectly. There were couple loud trucks that left early in the morning. One of them was us... This was not within the management control.

Location, had a kitchenette so it was great for our long stay, and had a room with bed separated from the other bed for privacy. The pool was clean and location was woth in walking distance from Walmart, heb, Starbucks, dollar tree, and dominos.

The remote to the room didn't work and the TV was difficult to use because it was out dated. The fridge made a loud ticking/ vibration sound so that was annoying at night.

The room was very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Felt like a small apartment. My kids had fun in the pool.

The mattress on the pull out bed from the couch had stains and wasn't very comfortable.

Very nice suite not far from the water. Our suite was clean, well stocked and comfortable. They had an iron which I needed. No problems and I would definitely return.

Need a robe/gown hook in bathroom.

There was no breakfast. The room was very clean n spacious n comfortable. Price for peak season was great! Bedroom separate from living area n tv in living room n bedroom! ❤️ Car parking space right in front of room.

Breakfast coffee would have been nice

Good location, room was very clean, but appliances were old but useful. The manager? Not enough towels, (owner) was not very friendly when I first approached him. But later I did meet his wife? Or the lady owner? And she was friendly

Not enough towels, kitchenette had no utensils or cups or glasses, they could have had complimentary coffee to make, only coffee maker was there.. overall grade b+
