A new hotel, clean and fresh, friendly and welcoming staff, with good service. Reading previous reviews, they have resolved the car parking issue, plenty of space. Water pressure is still low but managed to shower even if it took a little longer.

I stayed two nights this past week with a bill for $268, to be honest this is pretty expensive. Understand they are cashing in on big employers in the area however tried to book for two nights this week, $348! Sorry but not worth 170 bucks a night to be 15 minutes closer to work.

I’m a frequent traveler so where I lay my head to rest is important to me. This property exceeded my expectations. It was clean, updated, and the staff was perfectly pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average and served pancakes, sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit (apples & bananas) and cinnamon rolls. The quietness of the rooms was where I was most impressed. I stayed directly across from the elevator, but never once heard it. There were children to my neighboring room and for a moment I could hear them screaming/playing, but it was very muffled. Being uninterrupted during my stay is most important to me, so the rooms being quiet was my highlight to this stay.

The price was relatively high for the location. While it is located near restaurants and shopping, Taylor, Texas isn’t huge and I was not expecting to pay $178 (taxes and fees included) for one night.

Great hotel with an excellent service! The personnel were so friendly, courteous and servicial. The breakfast was delicious and with a great selection of foods. The room was very nice and clean. It was conveniently located close to my husband's job.

There was a large variety for breakfast staff was always welcoming very clean pool was available but we didnt have time and wasnt far from granger lake which was why we were in town no complaints out us hauling 20 fishing poles and takle to our room didnt want to leave in the truck bed and needed to prepare some and loved the darking shades on the windows blocked out all sun and parking lot light to allow for a great nights rest and heb and walmart and a few restaurants are right there as well

Wish there would have been a bath tub but not a deal breaker the shower was very nice though

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very good and hot breakfast.

The AC on the room wasn't working. I just dial the front desk and they change our room. Even thought, is was inconvenient to move from one room to another, everything was resolve in less than 10 minutes.

The Friday morning staff was amazing. they saw my dog get away from me and Valentina literally ran across the parkng lot and caught her for me.

The room next to me was soooo loud, it went on until midnight. I called the front desk and he asked them to turn it down but of course within 2 minutes it was back up. You know, if it was just me, it wouldn't of been a big deal but I had my young grandchildren with me and they had to get up for school. That's my only complaint, and ya'll tried so Im not blaming you, Its just inconsiderate idiots out there.

The hotel staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were there for days and everything was kept tidy. My kids loved that they could go downstairs and get a hot breakfast each morning, with options they like! It didn't matter what time of day or night we went down to the lobby, staff were present, happily interacting with guests.

Comfortable bedding . Slept like a baby.

The hotel alarm went off for over a minute at 7am on Saturday waking us up. After a 7.5 hr drive it was def not something I wanted to wake up to. Especially after only sleeping for 4 hrs. Booked two queen got a king.

We love it the mattress was soo comfortable. I have a bad back but it felt great. It clean receptionist was so on top of everything. If any one is looking for a clean comfortable place to stay Holiday Express Inn is the best Hotel in Taylor Tx. I give the whole staff a 10. Great job everyone.

Well everyone makes mistakes. They forgot the shampoo conditions, and body wash. But over all. Its the best Hotel.

I really liked everything. The front desk was awesome, I think her name was Valentina. She's definitely a joy to work with and an asset for your company.

It would be nice if breakfast was open until 10 on the weekends.
