I love where it is located. It have a lot of convenient stores and restaurants. I LOVE the style of the elevator, gives cozy vibes.

I didn’t like the staffing or breakfast. I feel like it’s short staff maybe because the employees had attitudes. from overworking or maybe that’s just them . It was no meat and all wheat breading . Only 2 options for cereal and both was nasty .

Convenient for a one night stopover between places to break up journey. Staff were excellent gave us an upgraded room. Shower great, bed comfortable and room was clean, air con worked. Breakfast was continental and was ok.

The pool wasn’t open due to maintenance which should have been stated when we booked the day before

The breakfast was good. I understand they do not offer meat(sausages,bacon,steak) of any kind but it still was good and filling. The staff was polite and attentive. And my room was clean and quiet with no interruptions. I enjoyed my stay.

We rented a room on 10/23/22. The room was quiet, large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Initially, we were in a room where the air conditioning was not working right. We called to tell the person working the desk, and she immediately took ownership and upgraded us to another suite, and escorted us herself, staying briefly to make sure everything was satisfactory. In short, she didn't treat us like customers, she treated us like guests in her home! Her warm professionalism and attention were very much appreciated. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the fire alarm was dangling by wires from the ceiling. Apparently we were given a room being worked on. The night clerk quickly found us accommodation in a larger suite, and personally made sure the room met our needs. We felt very cared for.

Dan, our host was without equal! House worked well for us to have small groups of children, grandchildren, greats or friends over. We played Farkle and puzzles around the kitchen table. The parking was terrific and the house received many compliments. Loved seeing the trees turn again too. We loved the location and variety of stores with Aldi's. Price Cutter's and Walmart.

The MBR mattress was ok for a week but we were there over 2 weeks. Wish we had realized there was no ensuite bath in the MBR but the 2 baths were nice.

Virginia at the front desk was awesome. She was so very kind and patient with us checking in late. Breakfast was on time. She's such a great asset to your company. If I owned this hotel I would promote her and give her a raise. We definitely will be back because of her .

I was able to use the pool. Breakfast was pretty good. There was limited seating, but people were open to sharing tables. I was able to make conversation with another hotel guest.

The rooms were up a little outdated.

We were here for a couple nights and were well pleased with accommodation. Had indoor pool, comfy bed. We didn’t do the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The location was great!

Convenient Location , good price, nice clean room, bed comfortable ,continental breakfast good.

Tub and shower diverted bad, had to unplug refrigerator to plug in coffee pot, microwave not working properly, ceiling light fixture missing wires hanging.

Booking was very easy. Night front desk clerk was very accommodating. She checked and discovered the room I was originally booked in wasn't cleaned by housekeeping, so they upgraded me to a suite.

Mattress was too hard for my liking. Bathroom fixtures were a little worn from use over the years. Parking lot was cramped. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but the guests - several large trucks with trailers parked crossways taking up 3 and 4 spaces.
