Easy location and great staff

A bit dated but very nice setup.

Convenient location

Room was small, no breakfast, was told that logging into the free WiFi could mess with my phone

Staff was excellent.

Price was too high and this location didn’t even offer breakfast. Very disappointing since we were traveling with family/kids and this is usually a great perk for choosing y’all. Didn’t get credit for that or anything. Just a 15% off coupon for a Denny’s.

The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. The location was handy to freeways, but, other than Denny’s, we saw no nearby restaurants. It was quiet when we were there, even though it was homecoming weekend for the local university.

The property could have been better maintained. There was an issue with the elevator, and it broke down three times while we were there. Staff quickly reset the breaker—a voltage issue apparently part of the problem—but it needed a permanent fix. Although basically clean, it didn’t have that “spit polish clean” that other motels we have stayed in have.

The location was great. Parking was great

The phone didn't work next to the bed and the remotes for the TV didn't work and their wasn't any instructions and because the phone didn't work I couldn't call for assistance. A coupon for Denny's isn't the same as a complimentary breakfast. No counter behind the sink is extremely inconvenient when you are brushing your teeth or shaving. I had to put these items on the back of the toilet. Not good hygiene. Added an incidental charge when it wasn't noted on the booking. Have to wait 10 days for a refund.
