The breakfast area was nice. Most excellent to get that room because my husband is handicapped and the commode was high. Enjoyed the bed it was very firm. The room was clean and nice

facing the hotel would be the left side entrance. Was not locked when we approached. When we got to our room on the second level handicap room, we put the key in it wouldn't work then we realized later that the door was already unlocked and ajar. That seemed weird. wanted a cup of coffee and asked the lady who was repairing the vacuum cleaner in the breakfast area if there were any cups and she said no. I went to the receptionist .... an African-American woman was there and she looked up to asked me what I wanted. I said the lady over there said there aren't any cups is that right? the lady responded "no ".... I said OK so there's no cups she said what did I say and I said never ..... I left w/o coffee

It was in a great location. It was very clean. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Hot, complimentary breakfast was really good. We were able to get a great price too!

The bed in our room was kinda squeeky. The lady checking us in was a little rude and did not want to honor the price we booked for online (manager overrode). Pool was out of service. Lock on side door was broken.

After having some trouble with entry to our room, we finally got in the room was clean and just fine for a night's stay. My husband loved the breakfast!!

We didn't like the fact that the door lock wasn't working properly, battery was dying. After this poor gentleman got the door open he did offer to move us, but we declined as then one of us could be in the room to let the other in.

We had a room with a roll in shower due to my wife's disability. Everything about the room was wonderful.

We would have given all highest rating except for the breakfast. There were no eggs, sausage or even waffle batter. If breakfast is until 9:30 we should have had everything available at 8:50. Everyone sleeps in on a weekend. The kitchen should have been prepared. We would have allowed more time to stop somewhere for breakfast before church if we had known.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The price was very good. The free breakfast was good and had a lot of variety.

I asked for towels but none were delivered. Next day they left bath towels but didn't pick up the dirty ones.

Breakfast was kinda blah 😔 kinda cheap.. would have been nice to have biscuits and gravy. Not everybody likes waffles!!

I liked the price, it was in a good location, room size was good, bed was comfy, staff was very nice, Miss Roze was great!

Could of been cleaned more, I found old bbq bottle in the fridge, & tub didn't look like it had been cleaned

The breakfast was great. The staff was really great. The room was clean. The beds were good. The size of the room was wonderful.

The towels were older and felt like sand paper when drying off.

The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Most of all was the check in associate Rose, she was wonderful and very helpful!! Much appreciation to her

Our refrigerator didn’t work. We arrived late so the staff kindly put out things in the staff refrigerator.
