The Staff is tremendous! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They are what makes the Snuggle in a great place to stay. They live on site if I understand correctly, and they are the nicest people you'll ever want to encounter. Loa is a quaint little town, very quiet with one gas station if I recall. But that gas station has a lot in it if you want to stop for snacks or a friendly face. THey have an air pump that they'll let you use for free.

The beds were a little hard for me, But I'm used to a pillowtop mattress. The towels are regular sized towels, I expected a larger more luxurious towel. But the ones they use are adequate, but just that, adequate. There's only one restaurant in town, but stopping by Royals Food store you can get what you need. Or Snuggle inn has a refrigerator with microwavable meals available. I noticed it but didn't take advantage of it, but it's nice to know if you ever go into town hoping to grab a bite to eat and not finding anything open.

We love staying in family owned and managed hotels. Cynthia and Ryan went above and beyond to make every detail of our stay comfortable. A comfy bed, plenty of hot water, and a cold refrigerator with a freezer. One day I saw Cynthia walking into a room with cleaning supplies. I asked if she cleaned the rooms herself and she said she used a flashlight to inspect a room after housekeeping had cleaned it. No wonder everything was white glove clean. I’ve never written such a long hotel review but The Snuggle Inn is truly special.

The staff was wonderful. We got into town a bit late and were worried about finding an open place to eat during the off-season/holiday time. He made a couple suggestions and even called the restaurant for us to confirm they were open. The beds were comfortable and the room felt more like we were staying at a friends home than a hotel. It's really too bad we were only passing through. Breakfast wasn't included, but knowing that I reached out ahead of time and they offered suggestions for us. The grocery store is also extremely close, so it felt good supporting other businesses in town.

Location in the middle of a small town, groceries and a dollar store in the same block. Very convenient. Easy check in, friendly, and family run. The room was cozy, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave. They don't currently offer breakfast, but they have a pay as you go stocked freezer (and fridge?) with convenience meals and a cheerful breakfast room with tables, big couch under an impressive staircase.

Beautiful bedposts but I kept running into them. The room may be just a little small for the massive bed frame.The balcony was more of a shared back walkway with a table and chairs, high-ish wall with a dumpster on the other side. My husband worked at his laptop in the breakfast room instead, was perfectly fine there, just not private.

The Snuggle Inn was a refreshing stop. The trip to Capital Reef NP was easy and simple. Loa is a quiet charming town. Fresh coffee every morning! It was delicious! The owners were wonderful and had great information about the area and restaurants. There were great areas in this hotel to hang out, patios outside and an area inside with puzzles and games.

We struggled with the streaming TV, but it was probably because of the location.

The Snuggle Inn is so peaceful and welcoming! The Master Suite was impeccably clean and had lots of space and comfortable beds (not a pull-out couch!) for our family of six, which is hard to find. We loved all the extras, like a real dining table and full kitchen, a balcony, a second bathroom, and even a beautiful chess table!

There isn't an elevator, but that's not really a problem since the owners are happy to help you carry your luggage upstairs. My kids really enjoy hotels that offer breakfast, so we wish this one did, but again it's not really necessary since you have your own kitchen.

Such a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are beautiful and clean with lots of room. Decor is western theme. Beautiful open spiral staircase. Owner is 7th generation in Loa! All staff is extremely welcoming and share lots of area information. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Small town with limited restaurants and open times. But, the restaurant we went to had great food and again great staff.

Well kept property. It's owned by a family. Grocery store is right beside.

The key to the room didn't work properly. One had to fumble a lot to open the door. When I showed this to the person at the check- in counter, he came with a second key. Same problem. It appears that the original key was duplicated, but the duplicates weren't offfinished to good precision.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. All the appliances were spotless and had everything you needed to cook. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet.

No breakfast and gas stove caused the room to smell but was easily aired out by opening the door. Location is about 20 minutes from Capitol Reef with not too many food options in town.

Owners are wonderful. It feels like staying with relatives rather than staying at hotel. Wish we had been in the area longer so we could stay another night. About 20-30 minutes from Capitol Reef.

Not a particular downside for us, but note that there isn’t breakfast (there is a country cafe right down the street). Even though booking.com says 24 hour front desk, they have a preferred check in window of 4-9pm - they waited up for us, but I wish I had noticed this so I wouldn’t have put them in that position!
