The staff was wonderful. We got into town a bit late and were worried about finding an open place to eat during the off-season/holiday time. He made a couple suggestions and even called the restaurant for us to confirm they were open. The beds were comfortable and the room felt more like we were staying at a friends home than a hotel. It's really too bad we were only passing through. Breakfast wasn't included, but knowing that I reached out ahead of time and they offered suggestions for us. The grocery store is also extremely close, so it felt good supporting other businesses in town.

Location in the middle of a small town, groceries and a dollar store in the same block. Very convenient. Easy check in, friendly, and family run. The room was cozy, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave. They don't currently offer breakfast, but they have a pay as you go stocked freezer (and fridge?) with convenience meals and a cheerful breakfast room with tables, big couch under an impressive staircase.

Beautiful bedposts but I kept running into them. The room may be just a little small for the massive bed frame.The balcony was more of a shared back walkway with a table and chairs, high-ish wall with a dumpster on the other side. My husband worked at his laptop in the breakfast room instead, was perfectly fine there, just not private.

The Snuggle Inn is so peaceful and welcoming! The Master Suite was impeccably clean and had lots of space and comfortable beds (not a pull-out couch!) for our family of six, which is hard to find. We loved all the extras, like a real dining table and full kitchen, a balcony, a second bathroom, and even a beautiful chess table!

There isn't an elevator, but that's not really a problem since the owners are happy to help you carry your luggage upstairs. My kids really enjoy hotels that offer breakfast, so we wish this one did, but again it's not really necessary since you have your own kitchen.

Owners are wonderful. It feels like staying with relatives rather than staying at hotel. Wish we had been in the area longer so we could stay another night. About 20-30 minutes from Capitol Reef.

Not a particular downside for us, but note that there isn’t breakfast (there is a country cafe right down the street). Even though booking.com says 24 hour front desk, they have a preferred check in window of 4-9pm - they waited up for us, but I wish I had noticed this so I wouldn’t have put them in that position!

Through booking.com we had booked an apartment with a washing machine and kitchen, on site it turned out that there was an error on the booking site and we had to sleep in a room with two beds. The hostess was so nice that she let us use her own kitchen, offered her own washing machine and did not take any money from us for the accommodation - simply an angel

Beautiful accommodation with a homey atmosphere. The owner is attentive and checks if you need anything. There are teas, coffee, and chocolate available. You can also buy something to eat. The owner will familiarize you with everything in the area. We need more hosts like this. Definitely stay here, and you won't regret it.

This was such an amazing stay! Literally everything was perfect. The owners were super nice. Cynthia (I hope I got the name right) even stayed with me while I got my bags from the car to ask if she could help and make sure that I‘m alright (we arrived quite late in the evening). The Inn and the rooms have a beautiful ambiance. It’s easy to say that this Inn has been one of my favorite and prettiest stays ever. I highly recommend staying here!

The inn owners were kind and do a very nice job of taking care of their property. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the option to enter the room from outside, and the table/chairs setup on the porch.

We were there on a Sunday night and there was literally not a single restaurant open (there are only a couple in the town for starters). Luckily the in is right next to a Dollar Store and we were able to go there to get frozen dinners to heat up in our room. I would have appreciated it if the owners highlighted this in their messaging prior to our arrival so we could have been better prepared.

The place was perfect! It was amazingly clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of fun touches for our family. The location is fantastic—just 30 minutes from Capitol Reef and a short distance from Scenic Byway 12. Cynthia, the hostess, is a true Superhost—she was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Nothing at all

The beds were amazing and my wife thought the sheets were exceptional. I loved how dark the rooms got, and loved that each of our kids for their own beds. It was a very cozy place to come back to after a day of excitement.

We wished the rooms had some way of telling time, we had our phones, but would have liked a clock. Some kind of breakfast would have been nice as well.
