Bed was broken dipped on the middle! Kids everywhere from employees! Found out family pays sales tax to stay there! Not cool! I paid 150 to stay and their family paid sales tax to fill up the hotel. Nightmare to relax kids carriers babies to the pool no adults ! I will be disputing my stay ?, I checked out early to another room they were able to rent with a broken bed. Next night trying to relax mass amount of kids all night what a joke! I came cause I have a health condition I needed to relax. Not! Shame on you hilton! I'm gonna sue you!

It’s close to the shopping center and restaurants.

We’re not lucky with our room because the bed makes noise when we turn to our sides. I suppose to ask the front desk to change a room but my very kind husband said don’t worry. I will suggest to check on it maybe need a little bit repair just a little bit it might help for the next person to stay.

Great Breakfast and very well done

I had to stay an extra night and I got the same room through the front desk and was charged 40.00 per night more than through booking.com which I thought was very unfair since the only reason I wanted to stay the extra was because I thought was fair price but apparently fairness does not work when dealing directly with Hampton.

Booking.com messed up my reservation the hotel couldn't find my name in their guest list. but Trinity one of the hotel staff help me out patiently and make the whole experience better. Trinity is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and close to places to eat and entertainment. The swimming pool and the facility is clean.

I was left a gift bag & birthday card during my stay! To me, that extra bit of care really made my day special! I will definitely be coming back!

I wish that they had a hot tub alongside the pool. It looks they have the space for one, but either didn't put it or had to take it out.

This place is excellent! a five star hotel without the five star price tag! We were so shocked and impressed at how immaculate the entire establishment is; To the last detail. Loaded with amenities, and without question the nicest staff in the area. The absolute best part: PET FRIENDLY! Staff welcomed our “kids” and there’s even a little extra treat at the front desk for your furry children. Beds, pillows, Towels, everything top notch and oh so comfy! What an affordable gem! We would recommend this place in West Jordan to the pickiest of travelers where money is no object, to the family of four vacationing on a budget. And did I mention the pool? First class stay, five stars.

Second stay at this location, it was a good stay. Room was clean, all needs were met.

The water temperature was warm barely. Not a comfortable shower. Also our bed this time felt like an older mattress. It felt saggy on the side when sat on.

The staff was great and was always making sure we were taken care of. And they greeted me with a smile each time, that's so important in customer service and some places just don't do that much any more. Each time I come through The WJ, well be staying here.

For some reason, the sheets were itchy. It could have been we had been flying and traveling all day and I was just tired though.

It was inviting at the lobby. The rooms were clean and the staff is always friendly.

We would've loved for the pool to stay open later because we got in later than expected. It would just make it more convenient for travelers.

The staff was excellent and very nice. Just a great atmosphere. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, just a wonderful stay and will stay here every time we visit.
