I am a trans gender man to woman and when I checked in as a man but was never seen as a man Noone said or discriminated towards me I felt accepted and that was important to me even though it's more accepted in today's society, it's still hard to accept it myself. The TV was to small and I think smart TV should be added they are not that expensive to accomidate

Location was in what seemed like a newer part of town, so it was pretty quiet. I was thankful for the full sized refrigerator in the room, w/ freezer. I was able to refreeze the ice that we were using in our ice chest and keep waters, etc cold in the refrigerator. They do have a small kitchen in the room, but do not provide any pots/pans/etc. I believe you have to rent them or purchase them from the front lobby? I wasn't sure, we didn't use those on our outing.

I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste. Most places will give you those two items for free, but I had to pay for them. Bed was OK, not all that comfortable for myself. I think my boyfriend liked the bed, he likes harder mattresses.

The room is a great size and the kitchen had everything we needed. I like all the kitchen cabinet & drawer space (plus hand towel, dish soap and toaster). There are a good amount of hangers. This is our 2nd year spending a week at Christmas..

The refrigerator wasn't turned on prior to our arrival (I called 5 hrs in advance to say when we'd be arriving) so it smelled and was warm. It didn't come on when we flipped the switch ON. Upon reporting this to the front desk, she didn't offer to come look at it, she just said "Did you flip the breaker?" That did work. It turned off 3 more times in 6 days & we had to flip breaker. Maybe the door hitting it shut it off What we really would have liked would be a "Walk in Shower" for older people.

The room was great, everything was very clean. There was a kitchenette which we would have used except there were no dishes or pots and no explanation as to why. So I asked at the desk and was informed they are only provided if requested and for a fee. Fair enough. We only stayed one night so not a big deal as there was a large shopping complex within walking distance with restaurants.

The mattress was soft, quite lumpy and for me uncomfortable so didn't sleep well.

We had an ADA room, so it was large. Full-size fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove top. Clean and comfortable.

Shower backward. Shows cold as you start and hotter as you turn on. It, however, is the hottest when you barely turn it on. My wife got a cold shower, and we were headed home, so I opted out. Then, I tested and found the error. No pots or pans for stove. Need to have all that yourself. We only stayed one night, so there was no need. First time at a My Place, so now I know what they have.

Location was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Soundproofing was really good in the rooms (not so much in the hallways) but we could not hear anything from the room next door once the door to our room was shut. Was pleasantly surprised by the room cleanliness and upkeep of rooms.

People smoking in the hotel, there was a strong smoke smell in the hall of our floor and we were pretty sure people were smoking in the room next to ours. You can hear everything from the hallways. During our stay the room was well soundproofed to the surrounding rooms, but anytime anyone was in the hallway near our room we could hear them and if we were in the hallway we could hear conversations happening in the rooms like we were in the rooms.

Large room, great location to attend a concert at the amphitheater, the front desk actually had a person there whenever we went through the lobby including at 12:30 am!

The bathroom had long dark hair on the sink and counter that was definitely not ours! The rest of the room was super clean, though.

Very clean. Friendly staff and good location.

The only problems were the beds were on the smaller side and not super comfortable. And outside our window was a big bright landscape light that illuminated up and out our blinds/curtains onto the ceiling, so it was kind of bright for my liking.

One night stopover. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We especially liked having a full size fridge that was already cold and a freezer to refreeze ice packs as my boyfriend has diabetes and we travel with insulin. The hotel was conveniently located with restaurants near by, especially an In N Out! Plenty of parking and no riff raff. Of course we would have liked the price a bit lower, but it was significantly less than any other hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

It was easy to find. My room was a handicapped room and it was easy to get to our rooms. Our room was wheelchair spaced and there were lots of electrical plugs for our CPAPs and such. It was a great room.

There was not a breakfast. There was space for eating and would have been nice to have a breakfast. Even if it would have just been a toaster, and microwave with a few easy items.
