I liked the lounge/bar with the fireplace. It was a very cozy spot to hang out during the chilly and rainy weather. Live music was a nice touch. Great view of Lake Champlain from our room. Location to the lake, restaurants, and shopping were super convenient! The Maple candy at the front desk was a sweet touch.

I didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open on Sunday. I didn't like that the walls were so thin. We could hear someone in the next room using the restroom while we were lying in the bed. First time we've ever experienced that. The room lighting could definitely use improvement. There is no light near the full-length mirror. It would have been nice to have another place to put on makeup.

Great location. Super easy check-in. Parking was easily accessible but it sucked that it cost money to park .The price of the hotel was on point with what you would expect to pay in that location and for the quality of the hotel. We were on the 6th floor and even though the room as described was a city view. It was still high enough that you can see over into the lake. That was really cool.

This is a good hotel and I'll be back. They might want to consider having sheets that fit the king size bed though. I'm telling you, the sheets were so short for the bed that my feet stuck out underneath it. Not a deal-breaker.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and even from the city view you can still see the waterfront :) right next to church street and all the cute shops and yummy restaurants. The room was a really good size and was very comfortable—the beds, the pillows, even the chair in the room. The pool and hot tub were great too, always love a hot tub. Also really love that check out is at 12 PM & they offer parking for $15 a day at a garage that’s attached to the hotel so very convenient.

The location was perfect, we had a nice sized room overlooking the lake (with the bed positioned to make the most of the view) and it was a quick walk into town.

The hotel only has maids come into the room every other day unless you ask. We were not informed on this on check in and I was shocked our bed had not been made the next day when we came back in the evening. When we complained we were told of the policy and that we should have been told this on check in, which we weren’t. I have not heard of this in any other hotel either in the US, UK or Europe and have travelled extensively for work and leisure, so it’s disappointing from a reputable hotel company.

We are happy that we paid for breakfast when we booked the room. In fact it was not breakfast buffet: it was luxury brunch served until noon. We had delicious brunch with starters, entrée, and drinks. Plenty choices. Room is big enough. Bathroom is spacious. Bed very comfortable. Location is a wow.

There is no slipper in the room. We called the front desk and it turned out there was no slipper provided at all.

We didn't eat the breakfast but we ate dinner here and it was wonderful! The location was great, staff was friendly, room was extremely quiet, shower water was nice and hot!

Couldn't shut the door that housed the fridge it was open the whole time and the TV was in a slightly awkward position for watching but it did swivel enough so we could see it.

The Courtyard Burlington Harbor offers great views of Lake Champlain, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Its downtown Burlington location places guests within walking distance of the waterfront, Church Street Marketplace, and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nice, elegantly furnished hotel, the pool was a pleasure at the end of a hot day and friendly staff.

The Courtyard Burlington Harbor has spectacular lake-view rooms, and that's the main reason we went. It's also very convenient walking distance to the city center. We also had a great dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, really excellent. A fringe benefit was that New Years Eve we could watch the fireworks from our room through the huge picture windows.

This is a beautiful hotel with views of Lake Champlain. It is a five minute walk to the charming shops and restaurants of Church Street. The showers in the bathroom were exceptional and beds were comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.
