My husband and I stayed here for our Mini Moon after our wedding, during Thanksgiving week. This would be my 2nd time his first. Last time I stayed i was in awe but that was in 2021, when we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we were surprised to see skipjack restaurant in lobby and lillymaes Cafe on 2nd floor. Our 1st room was clean spacious and comfortable however we quickly noticed our first night the window overlooking the lake was leaking rain water. After speaking to front desk, they quickly upgraded our room and moved us no charge. Both restaurant and Cafe were delicious and we enjoyed the comfort. We will definitely be returning this coming year.

My only complaint is the beds are too firm and caused the back to hurt but other than that. No real complaints, my husband's complaint is that parking was a daily fee which was unexpected.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a great location near all the attractions we wanted to check out. On site parking was a breeze. The complimentary refreshment stations on each floor were nice.

The room was great but something mechanical - possibly the elevator across from our room - made a fairly loud squeeking sound very often during our stay. Also the refreshment stations advertised ice, yet none of the stations actually had ice during our stay.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows, access to good mix of channels from sports to entertainment. Lots of storage space if staying for more than one night and easy to change temperature in the room. Coffee station on each floor free of charge. Hospitality was great. We got a free beer and charcuterie snacks from 4-7 everyday. 10$ coupon for drinks and snacks because of construction (which did not affect quality of stay). Pool and jacuzzi offered flexible hours (closed at 10pm. Incredible brand new fitness room opened 24/7 with traditional functional equipment, high tech cardio machines and 2 pelotons!

Would’ve wished check-in was a little earlier than 4pm so we could taken advantage of all of the facilities for longer!

Great view

Ac took 5 hours to get room from 75 to 68. Fridge wasn't very cold. Soap/ shampoo dispensers not very efficient. Received my bill. I'm confused about line items. Charged vt room tax twice and some other fee twice..same line description..curious. Lastly my wife was disappointed that one of the lake view windows was full of condensation therefore obstructing her view.

The staff was great, and the location great. My room was wonderful the view of Lake Champlain was incredible.

Just a suggestion concerning parking garage, to provide a quest slip confirming you are a quest at the hotel and that it includes your time of arrival and date you are checking out and the Check out the time of the hotel to be placed on your Car dashboard where it can be visibly seen.

The property was bright, clean & in an amazing location. I typically stay at Hotel Vermont next door but thought I would give this Hilton a try. Soooo happy I did b/c I absolutely loved it. I will be back from now on!

The only rub was the construction….but that is short lived & by no means caused any noise or major issues during my stay. The only thing was the restaurant & bar were hidden away BUT they were so kind & set up a daily 4pm - 7pm local IPA & cheese tasting free of charge in the lobby.

Great location right by the water and a block away from church marketplace. The large chess set on the patio was fun as well as cornhole in another outdoor room. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

30 dollars for a typical continental breakfast, but we just walked somewhere nearby for breakfast.

I reserved a lake view room, and the view of Lake Champlain was amazing. I liked the room, it was spacious, and the decor was pleasant. The bathroom was very clean and the standing shower clean and spacious.

I wish the room had more lighting. Besides the 2 lamps and the reading lights, the room did not have any other lights. I wish it had a couple of ceiling lights with dimmers. The dark walls made the room appear darker. There was a small fridge on top of the closet, which I think is a safety issue, given that it was not held securely.

Loved the facilities- very comfortable bed, gorgeous brand new gym stocked with cold water bottles for you, as well as gym towels for your use. Complementary Bikes to use for 2 hours was an unexpected bonus that was available.

Long wait to check-in I arrived at 3:15 and understood when they asked me to wait until the noted 4:00 check-in time, but I was not pleased that it was 4:30 when they finally checked me in. (They did accommodate holding my bags by the lobby bag room, while I waited, so that allowed me to take care of unloading my car).

The room had a beautiful view! And staff were able to check me in earlier which I appreciated. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere from here 10-12 minutes.

I mentioned to the staff that there was trash left in my room, as well as a broken shampoo dispenser. Other than that the only inconvenience was that the bathtub drain-stop did not work, so I could only shower.
