We have stayed here many times. It’s clean, the beds and pillows are so comfortable! The location is perfect

The only issue i have is having to pay $24.00 per night for Valet Parking and needing to deal with rude Valet people. The “Manager” of the Valet was obnoxious and rude. We waiting 15 minutes and were totally ignored. We ended up parking off site for a cheeper price and not having to deal with Valet. This wasn’t the first time either

My whole stay was perfect! The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I loved having the lake view out my window!

My only complaint is not about the hotel itself, but the valet parking. I had to wait over 30 min to get my car, and while waiting, multiple people came down after me (without texting in advance like I had) and got their cars almost immediately. I asked multiple times for my car, and was brought the incorrect car twice.

Good buffet breakfast and freshly cooked items on request. Staff professional and friendly. Helpful by providing wheelchair following request. Very comfortable twin queen beds in spacious room for me with my daughter, who was recuperating following knee surgery, locally. Faulty coffee maker in room promptly replaced and room service on request suited us and reduced waste. Fridge & microwave useful in room. Airport bus shuttle, laundry service and ice machine, comfortable lounge and bar area, gym & pool were all amenities used over week. Bar area comfortable with food available in the evening. Comfortable sitting areas around hotel lobby for reading or relaxing. Hotel location ideal as I was without car and wanted to be centrally located in Burlington and with easy access to Ubers for hospital appointments.

Noisy HVAC in room. No official communication for guest reassurance, following fire evacuation on night March 19. Distance to disability access room. Lack of clarity from booking .com regarding their charges. Specific request for disability access shower, made via booking.com, apparently not communicated to hotel. Hotel reception staff did however, when suitable room became available, facilitate this request.

We liked the lake view room and it’s amenities. Beds were very comfortable.

The reception area needs to be brought up to higher standards. Since it resembles a motel lobby and the bar is usually closed with sit-down areas mostly deserted at all times, it falls below expectations one has when paying the $349.00/night price! The lobby has a pantry enclave with refrigerated yogurt, cookies, beverages for sale. For the price we paid, this “help yourself with junk food” lobby service doesn’t work!

Things we liked: 1. Location! it is so close so everything. The city is very walkable and the location of this hotel def helped. 2. The staff were very friendly 3. The hotel was very clean 4. Bonus: it has a comedy club attached with cool events

Things we disliked: 1. The pillows - they were SO squishy and flat which made sleeping not so comfy. Asked for firmer, but all were pretty squishy 2. The layout of this hotel is a little weird which makes entering and accessing your room sometimes tricky These dislikes are super minor and we would overall recommend this hotel to someone coming to Burlington!

Thanks for taking cash payment! Spacious, clean rooms! Lovely staff! Great location! Great valet parking with constant access! Nice option for lower carbon footprint re: cleaning.

How about getting a sauna next to the pool? Explain which rooms do & don't have bathtubs! I was sad to discover my very expensive room did not have a bathtub! More gluten-free options in café/restaurant.

great location! The suite was huge and had a nice view. Staff were very friendly. Valet was organized.

minor issues with cleanliness

Great location right in the heart of Burlington - can literally walk to the waterfront, Church St, and UVM. Comfortable, warm, and quiet. Good facilities and breakfast options.

Some ongoing construction made the lobby feel cramped, but this will likely resolve when the work is completed. Airport Shuttle did not run at hours conducive to early morning flights.

I loved the location, though I didn’t have much time to enjoy either it nor the facility.

Booked room from a search with “free airport shuttle” selected. I came in at 1am. The shuttle ends at 11pm. A Q/A said you can call and they will arrange a taxi, which they did, but it cost me $50. Not what I was hoping for with the “free airport shuttle” filter selected.

Location. Staff was helpful and welcoming when we checked in. Was able to find places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The view of the Lake Champlain from our hotel room was beautiful although the hotel is a fair distance from the lake.

My room card which is also needed to operate the elevator stopped working promptly at 11am. As a result I couldn’t get back to my room. The front desk replaced the card twice and then came to the elevator with his own stack of cards, to let me get back to my room . It was an unsettling experience.
